The Vicky 2 TNO mod is chugging along nicely, its entirely an issue of Hoi4 being filled with retards and autists who are an active detriment to any actual progress being made.

No, they don't. Neither do they realize of how autistic the Clausewitz Engine acts after some in-game years. Combine both and you have for example a Peruvian trying to make a mod that covers 130+ years of gameplay, before he gets his server raided with hentai for stealing shit and ends up in a hospital from drinking Peruvian tap water.
Theoretically having more people should result in things being done faster, but this is a Hoi4 mod so of those 200 its going to be a handful of coders, slightly more but still only a handful of GFX artists then the rest is dead weight. You could easily prun the team down to like 20-30 people and still get the same output.
Reminds me of half of the mods lemmingaid showcases that only have the starting borders and leaders figured out.
