They turned Faye from a very complex and mutlifaceted character who is a lot deeper than her appearances look and made her a quriky action bitch who says fuck every five words.

Some sad news. Scorched Banners has joined the large pile of aborted hoi4 mods. I don't think Scorched Banners has ever been talked about on here but it was a cool mod with a decent dev team.
The mod had a basic premise of "What if the cold war never ended and the soviet union was still standing by 2006".

The mod spent much of it's time on hiatus so them deciding to finally off it is not surprising. It's still sad though.

The fact that the main two leads are names are pronounced soyer and soya is pretty funny. Along with the fact the the syndicalist headquarters is call The Workersmart is also funny.

The show also makes us want to believe The silver legion is bad for wanting to execute those syndies but I don't know "if we release them they will attack us again" seems like a justified reason for doing so.

Did they ever actually tease paths or countries? All I remembered was that they teased leader portraits and that was it.
