I don't believe these leaks, there was another leak posted earlier on this thread about them replacing the NPP and just making US politics generic republican vs democrat, yet not a word has come of this, a user actually proposed something similar to this on the sub and the devs said nothing and it was shot down on the sub. Also another leak about how they were removing Burgundy and GO4.

I like to believe that every leak is real, but the churn of TNO teams is so high that nothing ever actually comes of it.

I theorized a while ago that every country in TNO will have just two endings. Wholesome libsoc ending with puppies and rainbows or ultra cursed fascist nazi dystopia that will punish the player.

A new BTWH toozer dropped this past weekend, starring that mightiest and most mightily important of states: New Mexico.

Interestingly, this may be one of the few states where the devs would rather take the side of the feds (a conservative military junta, remember) over both the revolutionaries and the democratic state government, which is so retarded that it won't declare martial law even as the beaners have seized 1/4 of the state in the name of punting the Anglo interlopers out of 'their' land. As they've uncovered to their horror, rebel leader Reies Tijerina actually takes his Catholicism seriously and was apparently a fan of Francisco Franco, who they despise for crushing the (priest-murdering, nun-raping, statue-of-Jesus-shooting) leftists of the Spanish Civil War. The feeling may even have been mutual from Franco's end.

Incidentally, NM is not an 'MVP' state, meaning it will at best only have skeleton content if the mod ever releases. The MVPs as of the last time anyone asked about the list were the Denver Government (the main junta), California Federation (Cali commies), Baltimore (returning democratic exiles) and Minnesota (wholesome 100 socdems under Hubert Humphrey) and there doesn't seem to be any real reason as to why New Mexico should make that list, which so far comprises actually important and mostly at-least-marginally interesting tags. So Idk what the point of this was.

Tl;dr Laura/Logan Couch was such a cunt that the other devs were just waiting for a chance to backstab him. At least one other troon dev was sexting him - of course that's the guy who played the Brutus to his Caesar of CHAZ. Also there were teenagers running around on the server then & now, including a different zoomer dev who'd still be a teenager as of this year (about 19 or so, he was 15 when he joined up in '19) according to his own admission.

napoleon didnt happen in that mod, so calling france an Empire is more of a reference on the dev's part than any serious worldbuilding
