Yeah HGO is owned by SkylarWeston, a pedo tranny. I'm making a long post about him later since he's probably the most interesting person in the community. What happened there is that Skylar promoted some creepy guy to mod, and then he got #MeToo-d to oblivion because someone started to accuse the mod of DMing her creepy shit. Someone made a Reddit post about it and it became one of the most upvoted posts in that subreddit with 1.2k upvotes.
I've looked at the mod's wikia just to get a general idea of the story and factions; the writing's better than what I expected from left-lib troons but chalking that up as being vestigal remnants of the mod's community before it turned into what it is now. I'm just asking because I saw earlier in the thread that Russians were getting baleeted from the discord for sympathizing with the "wrong" Russian nationalists because they were the ones that actually stood a chance against winning against Germany and I was wondering if there were any russian language boards discussing this shitshow.
I thought in the vanilla game that was Total Mobilization having a manpower nerf and women in the workforce actually resolved this issue. Elaborate on this further.

The wiki is extremely outdated to my understanding and doesn't properly document a lot of content. The mod has always been infested by tranny and far-left libshits, just got more so as time went on. As I continue to insist the prose is extremely impressive. Which is sentence structure and general flow. In other words it looks very impressive and reads smooth. On the surface the world is very well structured and makes a lot of sense, that only falls apart as you seriously look into characterization. It's the actual content of the writing that's poor. There's a specific Russian Discord for their community, it's very blunt and just called something like Russian-TNO Community. I've never looked into them much so I don't know if you can just websearch and find it instantly or if you'll need to go looking. But I'm told they generally speak Russian, so I don't know how much you could get them talking.
I still like the mod despite it's flaws, personally.
The mod is still decent if you ignore the wanked paths (see: most libsocs) since the mechanics are nice (when they work), and the prose tends to be pretty good. I also didn't really interact with any TNO community before the TNO redux ban so I wasn't familiar with the complete commie narrative from the reddit and discord. Probably explains why I don't completely hate the mod.
I only ask because I speak a decent amount of Russian; I just wanted to check out whatever community the Russian fans had just to see the divide between them and the LGBTQIAPP+++ insanity of the western community
I've been to RU-TNO. They're an... interesting bunch. Typical Russians, I guess, with an extra level of retardation that's to be expected from any community based around a wacky HoI4 mod. The funny kind of retardation though, not the sad and/or terrifying one exhibited by English-speaking TNO. They've gotten in plenty of conflicts with the main server.
