Jesus, in that case is the HOI4 dev team composed of a skeleton crew because if they need to outsource one of their big DLC to a modder then I assume things are going bad on the dev team.

There is a mod about WW1 for HOI4 and I think is rather competent and when I played it it managed to represent trench warfare in the west rather good, seeing the casualties go through the roof while barely making any gains is pretty acuarate, tho I don't remember if it included a certain Historical event that makes turks today get absolutely assmad when you mention it.

Well remember how fucked Stellaris was when it was originally released and compare it to how it is today, almost everything has been reworked, the pop and tile system, the resources, the diplomacy system, etc. Of course there are still problems but they can be fixed.
Maybe I'm just being really optimistic but I believe HOI4 can be fixed.

The TNO sub like almost every HOI4 sub is at least publicly very leftist, you can browse almost any post there to see it for yourself. They seem to absolutely adore any sort of wholesome 100 event that jerks their LibSoc/SocDem OCs while removing anything potentially interesting. A good example of this was mentioned earlier with RFK using COINTELPRO and the FBI to hunt down dirty right wingers and black mail them. Rather than take this as a bad precedent as say what if Yockey comes to power, that only legitimizes Yockey using it for the same thing. And yes you HAVE to take this route as RFK to pass Civil Rights integration and the only reason it happens is so they can arbitrarily get a potential Strom Thurmond presidency (After he blackmails people higher in succession) and get their evil FR-NPP Boogeyman (Because there is no normal conservative wing of the NPP, they just shoved everyone into a Far Right wing while centrists are all these wholesome SocDems who want a Welfare state).

The sub will gush over people like RFK for doing something so obviously an abuse of power however treat it as a nightmare if that happens in a right wing state. I am not saying RFK makes a police state, however he sets the groundwork for what could have had potential as a going too far in one direction. Similarly, Gus Hall USED to be one of two failstates for the US, the other being Yockey. I say used too because it seems they are adding a secret LibSoc route (Presumably Hall gets impeached/assassinated or simply doesn't go full communism and just becomes yet another LibSoc wank). The sub seems to have been saner before as Panzer had to tell people to stop celebrating people like Meinhoff and Kovner (Who both ultimately want to genocide the Germans) as heros, which should give you an idea of how autistic the sub is.

Furthermore, looking at all these leaks on how dysfunctional the mod team was, with only a handful of devs being the face of the mod and likely doing little work beyond reviewing underlings work, it is no surprise that there have been quite a few leaks from disgruntled team members being forced to do crunch time for a FREE mod. There is significant gaps in quality between teams and some teams rarely communicate, see the Japan and GEACPS teams lack of communication for example. This doesn't lend itself well to the mod when I last played it probably around August last year. In England there is a possible military coup if the loyalists win the civil war, in which Montgomery takes over. The issue is Monty had no content, so it basically broke England from doing anything. This wouldn't be an issue but somehow they couldn't figure to lock or disable that coup until they cold implement content yet could do an entire event chain with two branching paths focusing on two lesbians in England who joined HMMLER (In the HMMLER end they get secretly married and live in a flat together, loyalists one dies while other flees to the US). On top of this, said England content was delayed from first release entirely (running only up till the end of the civil war) and a number of paths, most interestingly a MonSoc England path for HMMLER was cut. Instead, final build HMMLER England has le holsum LibSocs which may go cursed Tankies republic path, and le cringe LibDems monarchy which hosts Enoch Powell as a party member. Said Enoch Powell quotes his Rivers of Blood speech despite Britain being in totally different circumstances in TNO compared to real life, being ravaged both by slow rebuilding post-WW2 and a civil war, against immigration and refugees in Britain. It seems they just googled Powell and saw he was anti-immigration to Britain and stopped there rather than check his actual positions.

An addendum to this that may be heresay, a friend told me they added an event where Edward VII is captured by rebels, gives a Nazi salute, then calls two women kissing whores which again removes the nuances of Edward's very mysterious relationship with the Third Reich in real life. He may be wrong about this event being in game however. It was a fanfic story someone posted on the sub though.

I mentioned I stopped playing in around mid-2020, and that is due to me receiving a permaban over stating ableism is a stupid concept.

Furthermore they banned discussion of their stupid canon idea for the 70s era of the US aiding Germany against a vengeful Zhukov and effectively turning Europe into a US puppet state before the OFN collapses (Cause muh US Imperialism). US Imperialism seems to be the new focus of the mod as some have previously stated. A perfect example is going full-OFN Victory in the South African War and turning the African RKs into OFN puppet states to be transitioned into functional democracies that is deliberately designed to show America bad cause you are forced to napalm villages and shit. Again nevermind that some of the RKs were literal Holocaust camps.

The reaction of the mods to the leak doesn't surprise me, especially with the fact they immediately resort to their favorite strawman, Russian fans who are "Nazis" (read don't have the same globohomo politics as the Western mod team) and everyone discussing leaks or Discord screenshots are evil transphobes who need banned immediately because investigating the allegations of grooming is wrong due to the source of screenshots. I don't think it will kill TNO but it will muddy it's reputation especially with the number of people banned and number of leaked discord posts, dev logs, etc.

I wonder if diversity-worship is partly a holdover from when the only way to spread innovations around was for two cultures to live together. Especially when promoted in a corporate setting they present it as if your race determines your perspective and therefore gives the company access to the collective conscious of multiple races rather than just one, almost like it's Captain Planet or something.

(inb4 "white genocide", there has to be a more benign sounding idea to promote it so widely, even if every Jew harbored such extreme hatred there isn't enough of them to make this happen without it)

He's the head of the Historic Geographic Overhaul mod, a mod that turns HOI4 into a mapping tool to remake historical borders or create althistory maps. It adds over 11000 states to the game's map. The mod is really fucking awful, but it isn't as awful as its creator.

Skylar was born Joseph Cash Pcola on the 5th of September of 2001. He claims to be heir to the house of Kyburg because one of his ancestors is related to it. He is diagnosed with gender dysphoria, Asperger's syndrome, depression, and anxiety.

He joined the Mapping community (a community based around Youtube videos of countries talking to each other, yes it's as autistic as it sounds) in 2017. Here's a 2 hour long livestream of him making a map of Austria-Hungary. I remember that people in the Mapping community made fun of him for looking retarded. He became an admin in a pretty big mapping Discord server but left after he rigged the server's elections in his favor because he was really fucking desperate to have a mod position in a mapping discord server. Joe later turned to HOI4, which is where it gets really interesting.

On late 2018 Joe created the HGO mod. I already described the mod. Here's where people like Crasher started to appear. Sometime in 2019. At the age of 18 Skylar started dating an autistic communist called Filip after they bonded over banning people together. At some point they broke up and Skylar leaked his DMs with Filip. 1 year later Skylar filed a DMCA against him.

Then Skylar started dating a mentally retarded (not joking, a girl who is actually mentally damaged) girl. They currently are 'engaged'. When his girlfriend was asked about being engaged, she said she didn't know what it meant. He also sexually assaulted a girl IRL while dating her.

In the post you guys posted earlier he talks about the 'Price incident'. Last year on May Skylar promoted a creepy pedophile to mod in one of his servers which. This pedo refused to ban some 27 year old who solicited nudes from an underage girl called Price and Skylar banned the girl and started to defend the pedos because he 'didn't want to start drama'. This resulted in a huge #MeToo movement that got him banned from pretty much every HOI4 mod. There was a post on r/hoi4modding about this which became one of the most upvoted posts in the subreddit. I think after this he threatened suicide. This resulted in the HGO mod server getting nuked for the 15th time by some gay furry who was angry at Skylar.

The HGO server has been nuked 22 times and Skylar is on his 5th account. He has doxxed himself multiple times. One time he shouted his address on VC and he obviously revealed his name (Joseph Cash Pcola). He also posted multiple pics of his face because some trolls convinced him that if he posts 3 pics replicating YandereDev's face pics they will stop trolling him. Also, he sent his dick pic to someone and it was leaked.
