His initial encouragement of the "ironic" cult of personality is coming back to bite him in the ass. To the last autist posts that were published, I'm sad to inform you that as TNO calls it, the "NKVD" has targeted a team member.

I know that TNO members are reading this. Some of you might not care, some of you do, but aren't you all tired of the constant mystery behind the administrative team of TNO? Why can't they be transparent? To keep you safe from what, information? What are you, 9-year-olds?

While many TNO members are minors, giving them the piece of transparent information behind your methods would be very appreciated, at least that's what many team members have reported to the other communities, including the Russian. TNO team members aren't bad, they are being covered from the truth, the guy that leaked the photos of the dev chats was afraid, but what they did was in my opinion correct in revealing the genius idea of trying to coordinate an attack on two different channels. The administration of TNO isn't bad at all, they've seen that people like TheTortle are actually genuine in their words of caring about the community. On the other hand, there's been secrecy between old developers like Valrin, and currents like Barge and the new ones that just jumped on the ship of secrecy. They are your team, be transparent with them, listen to this advice.

TNO isn't divided by what happened, but they've started to see how contributors, artists, and writers are getting tired of the mystery behind the team's decisions. The worst thing is that it isn't the first time that it happens, as I've been informed at least. The guy that was banned was only part of the group that's growing tired against TNO's leadership and politics of 0 transparency, revealing things when they think that it's "adequate." People were doxxed, let the team members know the truth.

We are not the enemies, the TNO leadership is not the enemy, there's not a bad and good here(with some exceptions of course). People want transparency, that's what they are going to get, not only with your team members but to the entire TNO community that it's ironically confirmed mostly by people from Reddit.

I never said that I was in the TNO team. I just said that there are several members already tired of this. I'm acting here as the messenger.

And yes, the leadership of TNO hides a lot of things from the team members, but when I say a lot it's a lot.

Fog of war is universal and hampers any faction trying to objectively evaluating their opposition. in WWII the Germans overestimated the strength of the Allies early in the war and therefore failed to capitalize on the collapse of allied command in 1940. In kind the Allies overestimated the strength of the Germans and refused to push into Germany in 1939 even though in hindsight it's reasonable to believe that Germany would have considerable difficulty trying to withstand a focused allied incursion while trying to pacify Poland
