What do some of these guys look like? Unless they are deformed in some way I highly doubt they look THAT ugly that even overweight/unattractive women refuse them based on looks.

I think that the truth is that they're socially inepts, like, Nick Bate levels of socially inept. But they can't see that, because for them, their personalities are all good, they're nice guys and gentlesirs, they're intelligent, etc etc. The fault must be at their physical appearance then. So they focus on this, like the absolut truth.
And these fuckers don't want to get laid by 'fat/ugly woman'. They said that many times.
What they fail to grasp is that looks isn't the most important thing, see Elliot Rodger.

You want to know what's sadder? Someone who have the courage and immorality to ask his sister for sex probably grew up on a not so good home environment. Maybe his parents are equal or worse than him.
Just take a look on the James Terry Mitchel thread... He raped a nine year old girl when he was sixteen, and it seems that both his parents and her parents didn't care.

There's one thing i don't get about incels. If they are sooo desparate for sex (especially considering they consider sex to be a basic need like food or water)then why dont they just simply hire a hooker instead of bitching about how all women are shallow,heartless she-devils for not sleeping with them?

The majority of loveshies are just that: painfully shy and awkward. They will never be capable of any 'normal interaction ' with anyone, let alone a hooker. And sure, we have the 'im too good for a hooker, I deserve love, not only sex' types like our Master of Loveshies Rodger.

Remember that all the knowledge they have about women comes from media (anime/movies/magazines) where the women portrayed are always young. They think that every woman should be this way. Its what happens when you live on your parents basement for 30+ years.
