When speculation began, I was certain Ralph still had his teeth. The video was just too low quality. Ralph could just smile wide like for picture day, and every single one of his enemies would look like fools. Yet he doesn't.
He can't even fake grip his lower teeth, he just places his fingers on top. I would say it wasn't a convincing demonstration; but I'm thinking Ralph lost the teeth his Daddy gave him.

Its such a bizarre thing for him to be offended at having been exposed. Like, people lose teeth and get partials/dentures. Its a thing that happens. Its not like its a huge own on him like "lol you got fake teeth" for him to freak out about.

Even if they weren't knocked out and the rage pigs having tampon breath stories are true the infection and resulting loss of bone in the jaw would explain the wild back and forth lower teeth gyrations. The lower jaw suffers most when bone loss occurs especially in its hinged joint area.

Dentures and veneers on the chompers that weren't busted out his head? Ralph is for sure vain enough to get veneers if he could afford them. I'm guessing it'd be cheaper to get that done in Mexico.

If he's lost that much bone, it would explain why he only eats those tortas. They could be the only food soft enough to worry at without setting his teeth off. I'm still thinking scurvy and calcium deficiency for bone and/or tooth loss.
