This combination of stuff is my favourite part about this dude. Bragging about making eight figures while also whining that his social security cheques are getting cut. Because that totally adds up. Great find, this guy seems promising.

On a sidenote, what's with his fixation on aids?

If you read his work, you'll realize that AIDS is caused by gays, drugs, sex with animals and liberals, which means by extension tumblr as well. With the problems this country has, I am surprised people aren't all fixated on ending the menace.

Also the property was renamed. Most bad apartment complexes now change names and/or ownerships a lot since the creation of Apartment review sites. It is called Brickstone now, but it was previously named Old English Manor. Below are some reviews of the apartment complex. Pretty much this place is Ghetto Fab. Recent bad ratings below:

Within 2 months of living here, the apt was broken into TWICE. And that's not counting car break-ins (including mine)in the parking lot... And after about 8 months here & a new alarm system we installed ourselves, we still manage to get clothes stolen from us when we use the ancient coin-eating washer & dryers in the creepy basement. Our neighbors and staff are shady. Don't be fooled! It's Hell, and I am counting down the days until I can move out. So if you like your plasma tv, laptop, car radio, nice clothes, oh yeah and your SAFETY, then do NOT move here because that's the grand total of things stolen from me at this god-forsaken apt.

Also the balconies may look nice from a distance, but there are a few reviews of them coming apart and people falling through them. Ralph lives in a very dangerous place.

Edit: It looks like those papers were from 1987. Robert may no longer live here. wow he wrote some of this stuff back in the 1980's.
