I can't believe he's excited about people making merch but not demanding the money for it. I wonder what he would do if he saw any "poorly made" merch...criticize it to their face?

"Is the artery good? Then it's fine with me"There's nothing wrong with Sonichu if he were just made for fun and was acknowledged as fanfiction by his "creator".
But there's definitely something wrong if you can see mockery of something you love and are somehow impressed.
To be fair, the artist behind Rosechu's Story didn't get to the point in Sonichu where chris had completely taken over the plot of his comic, so it was still mostly about Sonichu and Rosechu. Since he barely factored into the plot of that comic, chris could push the parts with liquid and him aside and just pretend they didn't exist, y'know what he does with bills, reality, and other things. Or maybe he just didn't understand those scenes, hard to say which is correct there."Is the artery good? Then it's fine with me"
Rosechu's story has good art and it portrayed Chris like a piece of shit. Yet Chris liked it.
If Chris is going digital, he'll need at least a drawing tablet, but the money will go on toys over productivityWhat was surprising was that Chris didn't scream once about how the artist didn't use 'hand drawing' or complain about how some minucha about his characters wasn't 100% accurate to his comic.
That had the potential to be at least a reasonable friendship until he ruined it by creeping and drawing porn. He could have learned from this, but no. It's Chris.Megan was the closest thing he ever had to a best friend, aside from Sonichu and company, and it really wasn't much of a friendship. They played children's card games and sperged about anime and vidya for a few hours a week, he tried to talk her into being his heartsweet, and she got him to buy shit off eBay for her. That was about it. I have more meaningful relationships with some of my regular customers.
If I shred all of his toys in front of him and there's a gun near him, is he willing to shoot me just for the toys?
He was an autistic little kid, and that moment practically shaped his entire life as he used the money to buy tons of videogames, including sonic games (at least, Sonic Spinball). Without that shopping spree he probably wouldn't have been quite as obsessed with Sonic (still obsessed, but winning $1000 because of a cartoon you watch will only strengthen that). Without that contest he would have had to spend time on things other than $1000 of new videogames. It's not at all a stretch to think that quite possibly without that contest Sonichu wouldn't exist. He probably wouldn't think of himself as a goddess either, that level of self-importance was fostered in his childhood by his parents, and the biggest proof he has ever had of his importance before Sonichu trolls came was his ability to "just win" such a large contest. He was furious when his Highschool didn't give him a special award at graduation, but without the precedent to think he was special he might have had a completely different outlook on that day. Realistically that contest is the root of many aspects of who he is today, it's absolutely one of the most important moments in his life.Of course Chris would consider getting $1000 to blow on toys and video games a "very important moment". Of-fucking-course he would. He values toys and other childish shit above all else, even his own parents.
Every mention of the "cpu's" makes me irrationally angryThey're more of 'us CPUs'.
Most bronies are pretty fucking cringe, they are either overly self important or too autistic to realize how creepy they are. No the irony is not lost on me. Chris isnt even the worst I've seen in this fandom. I barely even consider him part of the fandom since it seems he's so distant from anything it does. Especially with how shunned he is.
In a sad way, it was like that $1000 was a way for him to 'buy' friends if you think about it.He was an autistic little kid, and that moment practically shaped his entire life as he used the money to buy tons of videogames, including sonic games (at least, Sonic Spinball). There are tons and tons of things to shit on Chris for, but I really don't think him seeing that day as a big event was one of them. It was the biggest prize he'd ever received, and to an autistic child at his level of development it certainly warped his perception of the world and himself.
Unlike the girl who also won the same contest and shared her $1000 with all her classmates instead! In a sad way, it was like that $1000 was a way for him to 'buy' friends if you think about it.
Chris promoting for Michelle Creber.

He was jumping on the bandwagon in what many of her fans are doing.

He quickly deleted his tweet, though. Maybe because it was attracting troll comments.

Seconded. There’s plenty of infinitely more degenerate weeaboos and bronies that just had the fortune of never getting discovered.Yeah, anyone that thinks Chris is the worst person in the brony fandom needs to go outside some more. I had contact with some brony/anime types throughout high school and college, and they were just as bad or worse than Chris. They'd refuse to shower, touch people inappropriately, and just act weird all the fucking time. The only advantage they had was the ability to socialize with others like them.
The only thing that makes Chris unique in that group is the fact that he's been so intensely documented and trolled over the past decade or so. If you gave a lot of those kids the same attention, they'd end up somewhere similar. Hell, some of them have probably done weirder stuff in private.
...why would you go outside to find Bronies? The majority of them are stuck in their rooms all day watching videos and playing with toys.Yeah, anyone that thinks Chris is the worst person in the brony fandom needs to go outside some more. Yeah, as long as "fan" art isn't too mean - or if it goes over his head - he generally enjoys it. I distinctly recall someone (Marvin maybe? Although it could have been Ivy since she told everyone that Chris loved it) photoshopping wings onto one of the Love Quest pictures with the caption "I wish Chris would sprout wings and fly into the sun." According to Ivy, he didn't get it, and saw it as him being an angel protecting CWCville. In fairness, it is a very gentle mock. It's drawn competently with no jokes about stuff like pickles. If he saw art of Sonichu 1 where a very fat tranny Chris was telling a Sonichu with a dick flapping around "Hey der Sonichu, your fadd- err mudder says you go on now and z-zap to the extreme alright?" - he wouldn't be very happy
He used to get shit like that emailed to him all the time. However I am surprised he didn't critique it as he does any fan art done well.
