Containment Random Chris Updates

Maybe, Bob seemed to have been kinda mentally dominated by Chris towards the end, and believed most of what chris would tell him.

Although bob was definitely trying to hold the money situation together towards the end, that's probably the main place of resentment.
Bob was to some degree foiled by Chris but it was mostly that he didn’t understand the Internet and technology much and did believe there were conspiracies against his family.

But apparently Bob also started arguments with Chris a lot over little shit Chris said or did too and Chris would complain about this. Bob was also critical of Chris’ lack of knowledge of the world beyond cartoons and video games. Chris would get upset over this pretty often because Bob was basically calling him retarded. He also is likely the source of Chris’ hatred of the word naive and used it on him a number of times.

According to the shambling mass of neighborhood tards getting cigarillos and beer, Tugboats arrived at midnight. Chris and any other tards with one should have some activity.

As someone else just said, he was likely just waiting for them to make a move on him. After all, he's a setsey laydee, so he can't pursue, he needs to be pursued.

His pest behavior online NEVER includes overt approaches. He's still waiting for a woman to initiate. He bombards these online women with attention to get the point across that he's available.

Chris isn't interested in a relationship anymore. He thinks he's married to a bunch of ponies and Sonic recolors. He Tweets women because he is lonely and wants to be part of the "cool kids" club. It's mostly women because he's spent most of his life resenting men and thinks all women are kind and nurturing. He's killed what little sex drive with titty skittles and estrogen cream.

Sadly Chris’s isn’t as knowledgeable as you when it comes to biblical information. Especially with his weird twisted idea of Christianity.

Chris doesn't consider himself a Christian anymore. God didn't give him the things he wanted. If he worships anything, its himself and the delusion that he's just a dimensional merge away from being a popular, sexy, all-powerful goddess with a vast fortune, harem of ponies and hedgehog monsters, and not a care in the world.

Chris wanted to have a companion, he fulfilled it himself although it's not the way we expect.
I believe he's still jerking off while imagining himself having threesome with Doopie and Courtney while magichan kneeling in the corner jerking off.

It's interesting that no matter how much worldly knowledge Bob had he still had no real concept of his son's limitations. Makes me wonder if he harassed his other children over little stuff (or over stuff that Bob thought was important)

He didn’t have a great relationship with his daughter from what we know, which isn’t much. It’s very likely Bob was far more critical of his own family than he was outsiders. That’s not uncommon in people from his generation.

Still though, he did want Chris to succeed and be normal by every metric I can see. He cared a lot about Chris, even trying to make a workshop for the two, trying to get Chris interested in Geography, music, current events, etc. more than just cartoon characters and seeing if Chris’ love of television lore and video game consoles could translate into religion and technology. Nothing ever stuck though because it’s very likely Chris isn’t High Functioning Autistic and is in fact just medium functioning or that Barb was the ultimate enabler once she came back permanently into the Chandler household and undid all of Bobs work. Likely Chris would not want to do something Bob said and Chris would retreat to Barb and she’d tell Bob to cut it out, and Bob not having the energy to argue would back down and go put on a Jazz record or something. Eventually he quit trying and she started hoarding more shit. I’m not saying that’s what killed Bob, he was old and his diet wasn’t great. However it certainly didn’t help him.

People also forget that autism was pretty damn mystifying back in the early 80s. Certainly to the general public and CERTAINLY to a man well into his 60s by then. And really, provided the accounts are true, Bob had pretty good reason to think that if just worked a little harder, Chris could be “normal”. The fact that Chris was apparently non-verbal than suddenly started talking would be enough to give any parent hope in 1988. That’s actually a pretty impressive achievement. He’d be forgiven for thinking “well shit, maybe he’ll snap out of it all together with the right stimuli...”.

This actually is a sad development. Fashion Square is where Leonard Bearstein gave a young Christian his name, it's where the Tale of the Crazy Pacer was written, and it's where many of Chris's run-ins with the Jerkops has taken place.

But if it is indeed circling the drain, can we get the guy who makes those dying mall videos to take a tour of Fashion Square? I'd love to see what Chris might have saw during his youth.

Copitz invites Chris to another abandoned building tour. This time it's the place where good times and bad times happen.
