He only thinks he relates to them because they're so cute and passive, a far cry from his days with the jerkops and learing at attractive women. Chris also felt like he related to Joshua Martinez, and look at where it got him, "watersports".

That's the thing, I think Chris is very much denying the impulse to troon out and act like a fool most places he goes, and it will happen again once he does not feel inhibited or judged by others.

It's quite odd that he considers the yellow one to represent him, while he dresses like the other one almost constantly. Is his ideal partner just... himself? Freud would have a fucking field day with this.

He doesn't dress like the other one regularly. He cosplayed as it at omegacon last year. People mistook him for cosplaying as it this year (and dressing as it in general) because he's wearing the same skirt. Also because it's a shitty cosplay barely distinguishable from just wearing (really stupid) normal clothes.

People mistook him for cosplaying as it this year (and dressing as it in general) because he's wearing the same skirt. Also because it's a shitty cosplay barely distinguishable from just wearing (really stupid) normal clothes.

Everyday cosplay for every day of the week. I bet Chris is extra careful with that poor tank top, it looks like it won't last much longer from all the stretching and body grease, but maybe, he doesn't even wash it.

I actually wonder about his interactions at things like this. Would he totally ignore some butch looking lesbian and instead gravitate towards a hotter one? If a guy came up and talked to him, would he just ignore them?

I wonder at what levels he's researching this gender issue? He seems to just link to stuff to Facebook, but it taking on more of a Tumblrina type of mindset.

At what point do you draw the line? That skirt with the music note is purposefully made to look like that shitty pony character. He is essentially wearing a large piece of cosplay attire on a daily basis. It would feel like splitting hairs to not call it cosplaying, as shitty as the effort is.

Oh yeah, he loves those glasses. But not because of the connection to the character. He thinks they're stylish on their own merit. Like, a normal person is aware that the glasses came from a children's toy. Maybe a person with a really dumb sense of humor would wear them ironically, but Chris wears them for their own sake.

He wears the skirt because he wears skirts in general. It's either that skirt or the denim skirt.

At least pre-Tomgirl, he had his own eclectic odd style that wasn't completely stolen and extremely inappropriate teetering into completely insane.
I can understand Chris wanting to be unique and individual, but painting a pony to match your terrible hair style and slutty clothing is just WTF. To be more accurate in his representation, Chris should track down a doll of Dale Gribble from king of the hill down, slap the same clothes and hairstyle (with balding) and call it a day.
