You see I fall in that camp, I do think he got off with it because he just skirted serious legal consequences - but I also think he did get punishment but he viewed it as an extended time out and he lost 14blc a few years ahead of schedule. He then got a slow return to the world and landed far more softly than a lot of other people do for lesser crimes.

To Chris he didn't lose 2 years of his life in Jail, he just had a more boring than usual 2 years and a new place to piss on the floor in.

What happened with the case?* First that freak was arrested and Barb was tested, then the freak was in jail while there were endless continuances (and he was in a loony bin), then the case was "sealed" for some reason, and then they let him go after almost 2 years.

Essentially the cops had enough evidence to hold Chris on a misdemeanor incest charge. His lawyer sent him all around for tests to see if he was nuts because he wasn't taking anything seriously, to the point where he was involuntarily committed to an insane asylum for being incompetent to stand trial, then was bounced back to jail, to which he flipped out and had to be restrained in a restraint chair. Back at Central jail his lawyer rarely talked to him, along with Barb stopping any contact with Chris. The prosecutors then upgraded Chris's charge to felony incest and had a felony grand jury convened that possibly could have given him more charges.

Since he passed all his crazy tests with flying colors, his lawyer threw down the autism card that triggered Virginia's autism deferral law. Basically if the courts had enough evidence or Chris plead guilty, then because he had autism, the charges were dropped. Chris went through some halfway house thing after awhile, then was just booted out, where Caden snatched his ass up and put him in a house in Big Island Virginia that Caden owns.

There was a letter where Chris was complaining that he couldn't get Barb on the phone, and either in that letter or another, where he said they only talked a few times for his entire stint in prison. I think that was before he decided she was evil, and was demanding his goon squad show up to force Barb into a nursing home, have her arrested for "abuse", or just plain wanted her to die.

Barb was being helped by her family, and they might have convinced her to stop all contact with Chris.

Chris only lies when he's actively aware of what the subject matter is about and said subject matter is something he very much wants people to think the opposite about.

Jailed for a couple of years. As a complete outsider to the legal system, and firmly devoted to keeping it that way, that just smells "He did it, but we can't win in a trial."

The delays were all Heilberg. He would almost certainly have lost in an actual trial and possibly served hard time for over a year in an actual prison, rather than easy time in a jail where he basically just got to sperg out and jerk off to the idea of himself as Jesus, so he learned nothing.

I actually think this is possible. I do think he's exploiting him to some extent, but he doesn't seem to have some weird sadistic desire to harm him like the Idea Guys.
