It's sad but true. With activity on only three threads on average in his subforum, he's rapidly approaching the ADF/Phil point of having his subforum committed to history and he being reduced to one lolcow thread among many unless something big happens again. And I think he's too mellowed by age, medication and (possibly) perkele pussy to pull any extreme acts like cutting a new un-clit or hitting the Barbussy any longer.

I don’t think this subforum will ever close down even after he dies. There’s just too much substance to him to have a singular thread unless some madman creates one in PG (or if this one becomes the singular thread). And there’s also the factor that he was one of the foundations of this website’s existence to begin with.

I'd like to see the Etsy sales vs Chris's video viewer count. If there's still tons of "people" buying his stuff, yet barely any interaction with what Chris is doing, something is definitely going on.

Chris's Youtube is over ten years old, think 12. It also gains subs at a very slow rate, believe less than one thousand a month. It wouldn't mean that much, since most of that are dead subscribers.

also, yeah, it SUCKS that this is the slop-saga absolute slop I dont even watch the videos.
Also, its really funny to think Christ (Christine lol) is playing with transformers being that he very explicitly said transformers are for boys and ponies are for girls, I guess hes not insecure about his gender or something like that but its not even coherent with who he says he is as a person.
I think what KILLS chris videos is that he uses a wack green screen, we cant even appreciate his little universe of toys, also he doesnt do face cams anymore either

Yes and no.
It seems like most everything of note happened in the 2008-2010 timeframe (Jason Kendrick Howell, Jimmy Hill, Lori Lopez, Blanca Weis, nude leaks, Sarah Jackson, PandaHalo, "The pickle man tricked me again", Miyamoto, Gregg Mays, Clyde Cash, Julie/Max/Bluespike, "Dirty Crapped Briefs", Fanta specials, "Get away from the internet; I'm cuttin' it down", driving to Cleveland, Pickle man at the mall, Vanessa Hudgens, Rollin' and Trollin', Liquid Chris, Alec Benson Leary, Surf Shack Tito, Jackie, Jenkins Jinkies, Lars). Everything before that was a combination of hearsay and finding out about it after the fact. After that timeframe, there was less going on, and it was more scary/sad than entertaining (tomgirl, Bob dying, sex with a hooker, running over Snyder, Lego HS video at McD's, house fire, unclit, financhu crisis, idea guys, Bella, jail), and it slowed to a trickle (those examples spanned 10+ years while the "classic era" was concentrated to about 3 years.
It must have been a hoot to be in the right corners of the internet during the classic era and watching it all unfold in real time -- just waiting with bated breath to see what on earth might happen next -- like reading a really good book and being unable to put it down at each chapter break.
Many (myself included) discovered Chris later, though. We saw the whole thing in aggregate through an 85-episode Geno documentary (or a 5-hour Gamer from Mars documentary, or some other CWC-tuber's content), and it's easy to infer that things were more rapid-fire than they really were when binging on Chris' life like that.
Of course, people have been saying "Chris doesn't do anything interesting anymore" for many years, and he always manages to prove them wrong -- it's just a matter of time.

I do wonder sometimes whether his life would be different if he didn't seek attention or delude himself into doing various people's bidding. I read the CWCki from time to time and I get the impression that much of the enjoyment regarding Chris Chan is watching him react to fictional characters or watching him do absolutely socially appalling stuff. I think some part of him believed that the stuff he was getting himself into would attract attention regardless of whether it was bad or not. Regardless, his habit of seeking internet fame ultimately led him to his fate. Which is being manipulated/exploited by Caden 24/7, sometimes even forcing him to do videos revisiting the "greatest hits". All because he tricked himself into thinking that incest was "godly" and "socially acceptable" even though he knew what the ramifications would be.
I don't even engage in Chris that much anymore. He is a shell of his former self and he is just a brand at this point, people are only into him because of the "internet fame" that Chris acquired throughout the years but that's mainly the idea of pre-merge Chris. Ever since he fucked Barb, he has become toxic to the point where nobody wants him around and he gets banned from every single thing, even if he doesn't attend or show interest. Additionally, Caden has warped his mind so much that there is no saving him, Chris is forever his bitch and it's pathetic and sad.
