The problem is, we don't know a lot of how Chris has acted in real life before it became documented by other people. You know, like those methed out hillbillies that do something nuts, get on the news, get on the internet. That wasn't their only sperg out, but one of many.
Take for instance, Chris in the scouts. He got kicked out. Why? Wasn't something like not getting enough badges and things. Maybe it was something like this Trollin' Train post about the weird sexual "experiments" that he just blurted out of the blue.
Chris has delivered all his life, but we only know about the documented stuff. Like his whole PVCC and Lovequest things, that was back when he wasn't being trolled or doing things other people pressured him to do, and those instances are what we love about Chris. No one told him to cause a scene at Target and get hogtied by five policemen. No one told him to chimpout at the mall, that's all Chris and Chris alone.
He just does these things.

The thing is, he does. Sometimes. And that's what's interesting to me.
If he never, ever sent out any of the extra prizes, I'd agree there's no point in pestering him. But he does send out the comics sometimes. He does respond to prodding. He gets whiny but eventually delivers.
What's happening now is that if he forgets to send out a few comics, only one or two people complain. He's learning it's not as big a deal as he originally treated it. His earlier "I forgot, chores, family woe is me :''(" posts were because he expected to get grilled for not delivering.
I think Chris is going to get more boring if more people let up on him. He'll learn some audiences will asspat him and some won't, and he'll slide even further into lazy boringness.
Generally when random people buy stuff from Chris, they're not giving him money on patreon, but buying normal person stuff from him on ebay. Ebay's generally got pretty good ways for customers to get their money back. I'm not really worried about normal people getting screwed over by fatty.
Actually, I think most kiwis know not to give Chris money, or they don't really want the comics. (Because if they did, they'd know how to get Chris to deliver.)
I think most of Chris' patrons are random twitter furries and low level internet spergs. Probably like reddit tier. They know Chris is an old meme and they love the idea that he's making his big comeback.
I'm trying to encourage people to complain when they pay Chris money to send them products but he doesn't send the products.
So even if he delivers, my encouragement is still valid, just irrelevant.

I actually don't think this is Chris this time. My guess would be that it's a ween hoping to artificially induce a Doopie-type saga by pretending to be a cute teenage girl and getting Chris to creep on him. Hope he likes blushing and flower emojis, because that's the best he's going to get if he's not an online celebrity or pony actress.

I wonder if maybe it's another part of his strategy. The fact that his Twitter obsession was a ploy to get china certainly explains why he got so pissy about being blocked. Now he doesn't know what to do, so he's falling back on his old strategy of basically saying "Still looking, ladies!"

That's most likely his strategy. If everything fails he will fall back to being the Top Victim asking for pitypoints hoping he's going to get what he wants. He has expressed this childish behavior in almost every case.

If we're optimistic about his interactions with the older VAs (tabitha, tara) being simply wishing to be involved in the MLP verse we are still left with his obvious creeping on lesbian scootaloo girl. He basically admitted to looking into her dating profile and trying to match her answers and it's not to great a leap to imagine nightstars fake profile is designed to appeal to nowack (?).
At the end of the day we are still left with the fact Chris follows are VAs except Zecora....can't think why
