Social media has created this desire in lots of young people to be interesting, specifically more interesting than other people. Chris is very much caught up in that, and has been since he started working on Sonichu. He's telling everybody that he has powers, that he is a supernatural force. I guess internet infamy isn't enough for his massive ego. Chris needs to be superhuman in order to feel valid.

It's not THE ORIGINAL Rosechu from CWC's own Sonichu & Rosechu OC. Just another garden variety Rosechu, which apparently exists in the sister dimension C-197 now that it has been drawn.

There are Special Sonichus, who are (IIRC) the avatars of Chris and people close to him, with various absurd powers, so presumably a Regular Rosechu is more like a typical Pokemon.

"Rosechu" usually refers to the specific character, the one married to Sonichu, but "(regular)" is being used to specify that this isn't THE Rosechu, but just another regular member of the species (not one of the special 69). Chris wanted to expand Sonichu and Rosechu into entire species but wasn't creative enough to make a different name for the species or even just nicknames for the main pair, so instead he just calls them by their species name, like naming a dog "Dog", so he has to now specify any time he wants to refer to a non-main member of the species.
