Go on! Doxx Chris! Do what you do the best! Hack his emails! Harass him IRL! It seems like nobody does that to this cow anore!
It's weird to me how the 'no trolling' rule has developed with Chris specifically. Originally the whole reason the trolling board was closed down was because Null was afraid Chris was starting to lose his mind from every person in his life being a troll, after trolls posed as his high school gal pals. It was depressing, and there was a fear that Chris might do something drastic if trolling continued.
Yet Chris has still become sadder and lost his mind ever since that board was closed. He still did something drastic, and he has more eyes on him than ever. And on top of all that, he's
still getting trolled - it's just that the only people trolling him are Bluespike-minders who don't give a shit about any blowback they might receive, so ironically, the trolling he
does experience has gotten worse. The only thing closing that board accomplished is that he isn't funny anymore.
What's strange to me is that, at the same time as that's become clear, the narrative has seemingly changed from "don't troll Chris because he's gone through enough and he's depressed", to "don't troll Chris because it's not funny, and he's only funny when he's left alone". That's despite the fact that throughout the entire Classic Chris era he was effectively being scripted by trolls. The only reason trolls aren't funny anymore is because the only people willing to troll Chris are literally insane.
I'm not gonna argue that trolling Chris should ever be encouraged again, but what I
am going to argue is that the pushback against trolling Chris has inarguably played the largest role in making him boring and sad to follow.
