Is it possible for him to do that anymore? He'll be 43 soon and has done a lot of damage to his body. And besides, why would Chris do anything that would certainly reduce his victim complex? I know he's not the sharpest tool in the shed but sometimes, we all can underestimate him, and I think he's smart enough to know that transitioning will help him gain a lot more sympathy. It's just more likely that his inherent laziness, stupidity, and early onset cognitive decline have made him look like he's detransitioning unintentionally.

There's a significant overlap between profoundly autistic individuals and transgenderism as well. I think it has something to do with how they're perceived socially and think that what they're experiencing is because they're in the wrong body or are the wrong gender and not because they're literal autists.

Although we don't know if the Autism Deferral Disposition Order came with conditions attached (which is likely), he may be on some form of probation that requires him to seek and continue treatment for <insert anything and everything wrong with him here>. Part of this is almost certainly going to be taking whatever meds the doctor prescribes.
