Yeah, he first mentioned having an Xbox in a tweet from November. He has several games for it, two subscriptions - Live Gold and Game Pass - and likes to watch Netflix on it. It's just another game console to him now.

Probably. This is the list of Xbox games he has. Rare Replay seems to be an Xbox-exclusive, at least.
