There is. Hasbro has its own convention for kids. It covers all Hasbro properties, which would include ponies.

Handy-wipes fuck up sewer systems, too. They don't dissolve in water like toilet paper does, so they clog up sewers. Handy-wipes, despite them being advertised as such, shouldn't be used for wiping anything that requires flushing. Even "flush safe" ones are not flush safe

Maybe the bathrooms there have little trash cans in the stalls? Or if he's using the gender neutral bathroom he could dump them into the little box that women put their used tampons in.
