He did/does:

On 6 July 2018, the case was marked with a Final Disposition of "Other", with no apparent sentencing or fine given. However, the case resumed on 14 August 2018, which was continued on 28 August and then on 11 September, to 25 September, and finally to 9 October, which concluded with him being placed on a Therapeutic Docket.

The Therapeutic Docket program within his state targets defendants diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness. During this sentence he is expected to attend therapy that includes the Probation Officer, his Public Defender, and the Judge every week. Additionally, he is also to comply with medication requirements, abstain from drugs and alcohol, and report to the court and his Probation Officer every other week. This is to happen for the next 12 months assuming Chris doesn't do anything illegal. If he completes the requirements, he may be given a suspended fine or jail sentence and if lucky, have his charges dismissed.

So he's got to do this until October of this year from what I understand.

Checked the price on that luna plush because I thought they were crazy expensive. nah. On Amazon they're $21.54+shipping&tax. The Celestia figurine is 19.99 +tax and shipping.
