Pretty much this, it's been noted Chris would be an entirely different person if he had better and younger parents who weren't as old as Borb as many posters point out. Though while the public education system played a part, I think Borb were the bigger cause since they denied Chris any resources that were to help out Special Education students and forced him to be with the normal classes to "mainstream" him which fucked him over a lot by not taking him to any mental health professionals.

He'd become a hippie because of the free love. He still wouldn't be able to get any china, but he'd look pretty much like he does now, with long hair, stupid chothes, crystals and a ton of accessories. Possibly he could end up joining some weird cult.
Alternatively he'd get drafted. Remember private Gomer Pyle form "Full Metal Jacket"? That's how I imagine Chris in the military.

The Merge is finally happening? It's about fucking time! How long until Sonichu Hunting Season starts? He'd become obsessed with even older shows like roy rogers since his parents fed him shit like I Love Lucy.

Imagine creepy chris sending psycho letters to the ladies who starred on I dream of jeanie or bewitched. Or he'd be obsessed with hanna barbara stuff like josie and the pussy cats.

He's only going to sperg about it until it's out. Chris is going to whine really hard about it for a couple of weeks, make a few vaguely threatening but still completely impotent tweets about boycotting the show, then he's still going to watch it anyway, like it and make that show a big part of his personality.

It's happened before with that anthro MLP show, the Blarms saga and countless others. Change in product he likes scares Chris, Chris acts like this change is the end of the world, Chris still can't resist the urge to consoom, realizes the change wasn't the end of the world, rinse, repeat.

I think the only time this wasn't the case was the "Go Pony" show since Chris still hated that after watching it

Alternative theory is that he'll start making up stories about Gen 4 and post them on Twitter endlessly and sperg about how Gen 5 is in some other dimension that he also enjoys.
