It's a form of autistic stimming that Phil does when agitated. He bounces and makes cat-like noises. I believe it was Tweaker who first told us about this. Jordman told us of an incident where Phil became agitated (when Jordman refused to fig him) and Phil started bouncing and squeaking so loudly that they were in danger of getting thrown out of the hotel, at least until he was shut up by placating him with fast food.

Everything makes so much more sense now.

Just unfortunately not in a good way.

Stupid question: What's the origin of "bouncing and squeaking"? As far as I can make out it seems to be a thing that Phil does, but I'm not exactly sure what it means or where it came from.

Basically, the theory is that a house is essentially a large box you store stuff and sleep in. A home is a place where you are accepted and loved and all that hippie claptrap. So you can have a home, but not a house, or a house but not a home.

What I like about it is he has exhausted his asspatters so much by squealing like a pig and demanding money every couple days that by the time he actually is homeless, he'll actually be homeless.

I knew a guy with downs syndrome in my hometown. Despite his ailment, he was sweet, gentle, polite, and appropriate in public. He helped his parents around the house, took lower-functioning downies at his support group under his wing, and even got a part-time job at a junkyard which was a net benefit to society.

That being said, there are two demands I must make of him, if he is ever going to be sure I wont pay someone to assassinate him.

The only way he could ever get SRS is if he went to Thailand or somewhere where they'll just chop your nob off with no questions asked. In order to get that, he'd need to save up thousands of dollars. Given his materialism, poor impulse control and lack of forward planning, he will never save up., so the only way he'll get that money is if someone donates it in one lump sum. And in the time between receiving the money and being able to actually go, he'll waste the money on shit tattoos, toy weapons and troon garbage. So it's never happening.

The last thing Phil needs is an eviction, and not because it'll be sad. Its because the minute he's in the streets, he has more of a reason to shit himself and exaggerate about being homeless until some moron decides to take him in.

Then the cycle starts over, he gets money, changes his identity again, becomes an annoying fuck, loses friends, and so on.
