If what @Phil's Favorite Footlong said can be trusted, Phil genuinely loves and cares about his mentally challenged older brother. Apparently whenever he was allowed to stay with them, Phil would always be overjoyed, and he's the only member of his family he hasn't disowned for fabricated sexual assaults or not giving him money. Other than that he's a total scumbag.

You forget that Dusty is a profligate liar and has a complex about wanting to look the hero. Until a more reliable source validates, I'm stating that the closest thing to value Phil has as a person is his mortality. And even then that value is still negative.

The fact that Phil never says anything negative about his brother when he accuses every other living thing of raping and/or harassing him leads me to believe that he does love him, or at the very least has the common sense to not insult people with mental disabilities.

Nah, I'm betting he avoids mentioning him negatively because he knows that would create a backlash.

I'm not disagreeing; I was just confused.

Regarding Neil: when we were together, Phil asked me to never mention him. He seemed super uncomfortable when we were at their mom's house together.

If thats what tweaker said you would have a point
But tweaker removed Jordan from the incident completely and blamed Rika as shes smarter than phil. It doesnt if Rika is smarter than phil or vice versa the blame lies with Jordan.

You leaked what he told you and it moved attention off Jordan and his exploitation of Jessica and onto some gross stuff phil denies.
Intention or not u really troll shielded Jordan and then he never spoke to you again.
