Porto Rico actually has a higher white population than the continental US. That's probaby why Phil latched onto it. He can be white but still call himself latino and hispanic even if not true and even if most people see latino and hispanic people as not white cause they aren't in most of south america.
The real reason for his infatuation with being Latino is really far sadder, the moment Phil became socially aware was in the late 90's an early 00's an at the time "Latino was hot" so j-lo and enrique englasias where fucking every ware, and media conscious brands where spinning a latin style, he latched onto that early on and never dropped it, also this war around the time Autlismlatina became a thing for him, and it's why J-Lo is supposedly "El Presedenti", he's not moved on from that apart from a brief period where his mum was supposedly a German Jew from Russia (a quirk of history he latched onto for legitimacy of his fantasy life, that has no bearing on his atchual genealogy an yes I have done my home work on this).
How long til Phil gets jealous of all the attention CWC is getting, and tries something stupid(er)?
As I have said before my friend, Phil is purely reactionary. He thinks CWC is beneath him so he will always try an prove he's one or two steps above OPL's current level of achievement, but he also thinks because we are sympathetic to Chris in a way we are not to Phil he can gain some smug self satisfaction from anything.
The last time he's "worked" was volunteering at an Anarchist "infoshop".
Nope the last time he worked was for WaWa, back in the 00's he was a volunteer at the Infoshop and never got payed any money, you might if your feeling intellectually generous call it a job because they let him crash there an gave him some free drinks (coffee mostly) so you could call that room and board employment, but they found him so onerous for various reasons they expelled him from the premises.
The idea of Phil having a job is laughable, as he does genuinely view work as beneath him. What works in his favour in this regard is he has VERY low bars for comfort and satisfaction, give him a full belly (this is the biggie) and a couch to crash on he's happy as a swine in excriment.
