He stole his childhood albums from his mother and tore/burnt all the photos.
Apparently he did it to erase his mother's memory of her son so that she could accept her "daughter" or something.
He took photo of the entire burning and made a big announcement on deviantArt. Surprisingly a lot of his dA friends called him out on this little stunt.

Phil usually posts autismlandia updates when he's stressed but instead now that the forum is private he hasn't posted anything about it.

There's something I just can't figure out.
Something has happened to Phil's eyes during the course of 2016. He just has this structure to it. You know how some people just have these normal appearances/expressions that make them look upset?
This was my theory on why Jace always wore shades - to hide the fact he always had an angry look in his eyes.
But Phil didn't always appear this way, this is why I so desperately want to see this photograph of Phil from like 9 months ago, with his hair green and his cross eyes.

The "angry eyes" is just because of his shitty sharpie eyebrows. Get rid of them and he looks as derpy as ever.

He's always had that eye slant, Phil's ugly outer (and even uglier inner) appearance goes well beyond just loosing the genetic lottery in the looks department - he's got some mild deformity going on with his head, that's also why his voice just sounds odd even when allowing for his accent it's far to nasally than a normal voice comparable to where he grew up.
When you look at pictures of him in any detail over a period to time (sadly like I have) some thing's just stand out as odd like what I think @Ruin said a while ago his eye's are really far apart, normal people have about a eye width between there eye's but Phil has about 1.5 times that, but also his eye's are not quite level the one on the right seem's a good bit lower than it should be.
Another one that stands out his ear's they look to be lower down his head than they should be and appear to be a little small when compared to the size of his head, another one that's not as noticeable now because he's put on weight is his upper jaw.
If you look at the pictures and videos of him when he weighed less apart from his rodent like front teeth (and disguises it at first glance is) his upper jaw is smaller and more protruding almost like it's a V shape rather than a U shape. I'm willing to hazard a guess that this is in some way related to his vocal patterns by way of some form of nasal cavity deformity deforming his jaw when he was developing resulting in adding unwanted sounds to his voice.
Please take note I'm not a Doctor, and I could be very wrong about this but they are just observations I have noticed that tally with research I have done into various explanations into just why Phil is Phil.

He claims to be a man hating lesbian. But it seems like he really wants mtf like you said. A few months ago, this happened.
But since he bragged about fucking and compared himself to opl, I'm of the mind that it never happened.

This. He's too much of a sped to really have a solid sexuality or identity. He just does it because that's what adults do. Hell, he doesn't even derive any joy from it last I checked; he's just doing it to look like a big boy and not the manbaby he is.
