I'm going to say no. At this point, he has all the opportunities he needs. A roof over his head. A regular income. Lots of idiots who will give him hundreds of dollars on a regular basis. And yet he has shown no inclination to make something of his life. I don't count e-begging textwalls as an actual statement of intent, given that there's a >75% chance that anything Phil says is a lie, and that the amount of money he needs to "recover from 5+ years of houselessness" keeps rising.
Best case scenario is that Phil gets a low-paid job with few responsibilities and no public contact. However, I think the more likely one is that he fucks everything up even further and winds up as a friendless hobo, pushing a shopping cart full of scrawled artwork and sex toys around Portland, rambling incomprehensibly about flightless birds from New Zealand.

Not much. Phil's life loses direction when he can't identify an enemy.
The only semi-interesting thing was that the junk in his proverbial storage unit has, at long last, been relocated to Villa DeLici. Phil had a friend (not Jonathan) drove to Cali and is now asking people to pay for the gas.
