Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

Here's a question. This is purely hypothetical and I'm not gonna do it, but if I was... Would I be able to start a GoFundMe or IndieGoGo to write a comic like Jawbreakers? Only I would use Chris's characters like Sonichu and Rosechu, etc.. I'm just curious because if something like that were successful, there would be little Chris could do about it and I bet if done right, it would make a lot of money.

Nah. You can always count on Chris to be as insensitive as possible when something horrible happens. See also: his lack of reaction to Ryan Cash's death and PandaHalo telling him Clyde raped her, the Twin Towers video, comparing Kacey's dead grandma to his dog dying, telling everyone the Pokeymanz did Notre Dame, etc etc.

Serious question: What kind of relationship would chris have with his child, if he ever reproduced?

The scenario I'm pitching is that Chris either lives in the mother's home or nearby and has general access. I don't see any woman marrying him outright but that's a completely different can of worms. The child in question is not autistic and is normal and healthy in every respect. For the sake of argument let's say the child is 6, but we can question what their relationship would be like into adulthood.

You can literally start a GoFundMe for heroin money if you want. Nothing would stop you making a GFM for a Sonichu spinoff/parody/whatever, it would just be extremely autistic and probably wouldn't make any money.

Anyone can sue anyone.

I'm not a copyright lawyer, and I'm not sure if Chris could defend his ownership over a character as grossly derivative as Sonichu. Even so, I'd suggest making your own, totally original hedgehog / pokemon hybrid: Pikanic.

He can. This is pretty basic stuff. Copyrights to derivative works are owned by the authors. They need permission to publish them, but that doesn't mean people can rip them off in turn. Chris might not be able to publish it himself (this is debatable), but he still retains the right to prevent people from using his ideas. Courts don't really dispute this.

No, by default you have the right to prevent people from violating your copyrights. Your own ability to profit off of them is a separate issue.

Hey yall, new member here..I found about Chris chan through cumtown podcast, they talked about in an early episode
and its a great primer on chris chan in my opinion to get introduced to him
Their reactions are the best, especially Stav, whose the guy most excited and saying yes while laughing his ass off

Here’s what I think is a pretty accurate answer. How many time has Chris seen his children Reginald and Crystal in the comics? Like 2 or 3 times? That’d be a good indication of what a relationship with his real life child would be like.
