I often wonder if Borb ever really tried to punish Chris. They are the tough love generation when it comes to disciplining children.

Then again, if they were to rightfully give Chris a good switch to the behind when the situation occured, that would increase his autistic episodes and maybe lead him to be mute again.

I think you're forgetting the famous moment Bob walking in on Chris wanking in the family kitchen, the "internet lumberjack" got his name threatening to take away the internet. I know they took away the PSeye after somebody mailed them a still photo of Chris plowing his sex doll, the "julay" situation. I don't think they gave him much structure or boundaries, Bob sounds more pissed someone woke him up than concerned people keep telling him Chris is allegedly going to kill himself.

Autistics usually only learn the world through whatever interests them. They're borderline savants, which is where the myth of them being "intelligent" comes from. When Chris "invented" Sonichu, he attributed him to being in control of electricity, as Pikachus generate electricity in their cheeks. So, Chris thusly became obsessed with electricity. Not in an educational sense where he was curious about the science behind it, more just like, he worshiped it as a mysterious, divine construct. Kind of like he does everything, nowadays. Especially rocks and video game consoles.

I meant if he was punished growing up, not during his late 20s. Taking away the PSeye didn't amount to anything cause in was business as usual for Chris. If Borb placed structures and boundaries, maybe stuff like Chris abusing offer nasty wouldn't have happened.

Did Chris really take a photo of a photo of himself having sex?

I always thought his parents dismissed that photo cause Chris convinced them it was the work of the trolls, cause like Chris, Barb and Bob are fairly gullible.

I think autists are more likely to be traumatized by corporal punishment than normal people. Personally I detest the practice, but normals seem to get over it easier than autistic people do. Tactile defensiveness and emotional impairment may play a role.

The CWCki says Chris uses "magical thinking" - by doing a certain "ritual" you can get a certain thing to happen, without knowing how it happened. That is, he thinks like WH40K tech priests.

Oh please. Chris' ego is his biggest downfall. He thinks he can take advantage of younger people by creeping on them, but he never, ever learns. He doesn't understand his place in society as a 38 year old, obese, balding crossdresser. Nor does he understands that people younger than him don't exist to toot his horn.

I really fucking doubt the growing up part. He was sperging out in school and the Borb response was to call the principal a chomo and sue them for Chris' tard fits. I've been holding off on kids because it takes an immense amount of energy and commitment to hard work. Not things the Chandlers were famous for. Maybe Bob before he was retired, Barb has been a flesh colored paperweight by all accounts. If you're asking if they fucked up raising him the answer is definitely.

photo? nigga, that was a screencap from a video complete with sound. Borb got the DVD cover instead of the DVD of chris going at it with that thing. Also dunno if I would call that "sex", even that cat is offended by the looks of things. I'm sure they gave the photo credence as they PSEYE went away

If we are being honest I personally think it was the bluespike arc where chris's life hit a climax. Not saying that it was a GOOD climax, but it was a climax nonetheless as this is when chris (on the internet at least) got BIG. Either that, or when PewDiePie made a video on him, is when most people found out about chris
