Why do you keep asking these questions? No offense, but it's almost like you're working up a rate sheet for when Chris gets out.

Unless you're a particular type of person, which I do not believe Chris is, murder offers no such instant gratification.

But does Chris have it in him to intentionally kill if opportunity fell on him? I don’t think so.

Chris definitely has it in him to wish death upon other people, but not the willpower or courage to do it himself (he can't even mow the lawn). It's possible he might try to hire someone to do his dirty work if sufficiently provoked, but likely he's not bright enough to think of that (and certainly not smart enough to manage it). I'll leave testing that hypothesis to the weens.

It depends on which prison he goes to.

Chris is being kept isolated in jail because jails have to take all comers. There could be some real threats to him in the jail population. Prisons can be more specialized. Chris is minimal threat, low risk, so they'd likely send him to a minimum to low security facility first. There's a very small chance he might get administrative custody, but that's only if they have a special facility just for retards, not because he's any particular danger. Such facilities do exist because there are far, far more retards in prison than transexuals.

I'm not expecting prison at all for Chris (at least not this time around). The state of Virginia has better things to spend taxpayer money on than incarcerating Chris.

Chris learned how to read from closed captions on TV so he probably doesn't actually understand how proper grammar conventions work. Though, I will say that he rarely misuses a semicolon. Of all the shit he's forgotten from his time in the public schooling system, I'm surprised that was one of the few things that actually stuck in his brain.

Snyder was hanging around the car trying to prevent them from leaving. It’s a little more nuanced than the mental image of him driving around the parking lot and taking aim. A little.

Funnily enough about Chris, he doesn't play alot of videos games beyond Sonic, Pokémon and LBP. LBP he played because it allowed him to be creative and make levels, something I can see an autistic person focusing alot on, and I don't think Chris even played much of Sonic and Pokémon, atleast around the 2010s. Even the Neptunia series he spent so long preaching about, he barely touched the games, and focused all of his lore from the anime.

We do know however, that Chris was willing to spent his money on games he'd never play, and DLC for games he doesn't even own, so he more than likely probably has some MGS games in his PS3 and PSP that he never even thought of touching, all because of his great need to see Sony "win the console" wars.

(while writting this I remembered that the whole plot of Neptunia is about the console wars, so there might be a connection about his delusions about Sony winning the console wars, and Neptunia being real, but don't quote me on that)

With Chris it's all opportunity and ability, if he has a tool he can use to cause harm to someone he doesnt like he will try it and might just get lucky, he did it with Snider and the pepper spray. I can easily see a scenario with Chris getting kicked out of a shop or alike and being really worked up over it and seeing someone outside he thinks was the person to kick him out and running them over, or pulling a knife on someone in the heat of the moment and the other person getting cut, or him getting his hands on a gun and just pointing it at the "nasty person" just to scare them away but ends up accidentally discharging it and killing or seriously harming them.

We all know one coward who thought they where thought (despite all evidence to the contrary) and carried a knife, etc who wouldnt draw it but if backed into a corner hard enough they might just try - that's Chris.

I would really love to see a modern phycological report of Chris today, considering the last one we ever got was all the way back in 2004 when Chris was famously kicked out of PVCC for his antisocial behaviour and forced to seek medical intervention, it’s the only official documents containing his autism diagnosis and the only public mental analysis of him there is. He no doubt has been given others over the years, one in 2011, and 2014 for the Snyder and Pepper spray incident.

This funnily is one of the main reasons I always question the validity of his Autism diagnosis as being just Autism, for all the reports we have it sounds like they don't have access to his medical records and use Chris as the source and never spent long enough with him to get close to a real diagnosis.

That reads as a intake basic level where they don't have your documents so they need the fast facts to make a file and rely on the Patient, this is fine for Trauma issues like "No I'm not allergic to X,Y,Z or I'm blood type A, O etc" but for mental health evaluations it sucks balls.

Every evaluation he's had since he left mandatory schooling has been cursory and to answer a specific question, not to get him a diagnosis and it was outside of the situation that ended him in-front of that particular rubber stamp after he's had a chance to calm down and prepair himself.
