Chris is not the kind of person who can create, lead, or sustain a cult. I didn’t mean it like that. I meant the conception of suicide as an escape to greatness on another plane could appeal to Chris if he got low enough.
No he most certainly is not, Cult Leaders of the we all die now veriaty tend to be low IQ but high on Charisma and have the gift of the gab, Chris can't pronounce a basic sentence without stopping and starting again and losing his train of thought.
If Chris was able to not only acquire, but also fire a gun, nothing would surprise me anymore. We're talking about a man who holds a pen like this
Illiterate people have always been able to use fire arms, they are designed to be ergonomic for there use, writing implements are not and require some complex muscle memory to be able to use let alone legibly, what I could see Chris doing is mishandling it and shooting himself or deffening himself by shooting if off in a enclosed space and immediately dropping it.
I can't see him getting a gun from a shop but I could see him getting his hands on one through some form of after market but not black market sale.
Trolls were never very effective at all when they used their methods in trying to get Chris to do something healthy or productive. Sure, he'd fart on a cake or fuck a PS3 but he wouldn't shower or clean his room.
To get Chris to do something he has to have a frame of reference for it, but also one that doesnt take much effort.
If he can't see and repeat a action and if it takes too much effort he wont do it.
I wonder how he would go on about it: Chris can't buy a gun and no gun store would sell to someone like Chris. Chris doesn't know how to tie a noose. My best guess is poison.
Most people dont know who to kill themselfs, even if they do know how to perform the act, doing it is incredibly difficult we are evolved to try and stay alive for as long as possible it's why the drowning man fights for breadth even if there is no way of getting away from a sinking ship, why there is normally a emotion stiffener for millitary officers who had lost one too many battles etc.
A tantrum suicide is on the table too. Or he could stupid his way into it. Or jump from something. A failure is more likely than a success.
This is the sort of situation I can see happening him having a moments inattention while driving, trying to run away from someone like a jerkop and going under a bus etc, or doing something really stupid in general leading to his death I can't see him intentionally killing himself even if he's learned from barb to threaten it.
Not trying to be an A- Log, although to be fair they’re kind of won already, but do you think Bob or Barb ever genuinely said ‘I love you’ to their son, and meant it? Like just in general or before tucking him into bed just before bedtime? Barb and Bob were hardly the most affectionate people, do you think they had a more gruff love for Chris and didn’t really believe in saying typical family phrases to each other. Choosing to not say it to him because they already knew that he knew that they ‘loved’ him unconditionally? What do people here think?
I think when he was young until the time he left school and then became a full time resident of 14BLC they had no respite from, I think they still loved him but didn't like him - this is a bit hard to explain because Likeing someone and loving them normally go hand in hand but a parental love extends beyond normal rational things - You might love your child and not want any harm to come to them, you want to make sure they have food, a safe place to sleep and cloaths etc but you dont like them as a person so you wont go that tiny little extra mile you would for people you would normally that you love.
