Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

So it's been nearly a month since a new jail letter. I wonder if he's gone radio silent or if the weens just aren't publishing new ones?
Think there's a limited supply of people who wanna dox themselves with their letter by giving their info to Chris for him to definitely publish when he gets out. I know he said he wouldn't publish the info of people who sent him letters, but who the fuck would trust Chris at this point?

Chris is potentially out of jail next month. What’s his plan to have a roof over his head and sweet, relaxing air conditioning?

I’ll bet the first thing he wants to see is his hoard of Funko Pops
Chris will walk out of jail triumphantly and then Ethan Ralph will lure him into his truck so that he can get Chris to talk about Null on the Killstream.

About Chris and his credit card debt:

I know Bob was monitoring Chris' accounts ( I don't know if they were debit cards from Chris' bank or credit cards), but did Chris apply for more credit, post Bob? I assumed he did because of the post Snyder hit and run the would subsequently lead into the Financhu Crisis.

don't know if this is an "unpopular opinion" but does anyone else not like Clyde Cash? it's been a while since i researched him but from what i remember he just never cared about chris. for example he had no problem with bluespike's antics and had a very similar attitude to Kacey when it came to telling Chris to better himself. i'm not very invested into christory but that's just what i think.

The closest Chris got to a celebration was probally those conventions he went to and I can't imagine he'll be welcome back to those once he gets released.
This. Conventions want to continue operating. If they let in too many people like Chris, venues won’t host them. Even if the cons are run by perverts and reetards who are fine with Chris, finding a hotel or convention center willing to host people like him will be more difficult.

He thinks he doesn’t need a plan because he’ll be returning to 14blc.

Regarding letters, I’m guessing Chris got bored with them and they started to feel like work.

That's if Chris's name isn't completely mud and not even the most degenerate con organizer would risk hosting him.

If he'll be allowed back to 14 BLC, he'll have to manage how to get the services (power, water) running again. This could be a tough task for Chris. Keep in mind: he was yelling at two people when wading through his junk to find a controller.

If not, he'll either go to a shelter or hold a sign that reads: "Will Blow to the Extreme for Room (and toys)."

Chris has done a lot of things he said he wouldn't do.

Realistically, I doubt Chris has got the patience to publish the information of anyone who sent him letters. The most likely scenario is him forgetting entirely once he's released, though I've got no doubt if Chris had a way to publish the information right now, he'd do it. I mean, don't you remember the time Chris "doxxed" a shitton of people who were so-called "back-talkers"?

I know It would never happen in a billion years, but If Chris suddenly had a moment of epiphany of what a gigantic fuckup he is in every conceivable facet of his life and certainly burst into a blubbering mess right in front of the judge, begging to be forgiven and showing genuine remorse for everything he did instead of pouting and flipping out like the egotistical child he is.

Would it benefit him in anyway, or just get him sent back to State Hospital or ramp his charges up to a felony for making a scene? Do pathetic cries for mercy ever actually work if the accused is deemed to be emotionally unstable enough that being in jail could lead to their mental disintegration and more issues being committed? Would they just cast him aside and sentence him off kicking and screaming regardless?

It wouldn't really change that much, he may get a couple days for freaking out in that manner but other than that it wouldn't really change what he did at this point. Had he had an realization moment like that in say 2004 or even as late as 2014 things could've improved extremely well for him, but its far too late for him to do anything now.

Usually though someone's house is safe if they still have a stable income to repay the mortgage, but if they had a second home they would be required to sell it.

Sort of. There's a residency term requirement for the homestead exemption most places. In other words, Chris would have to have been living in the house for the 50 or so consecutive days before filing bankruptcy or a creditor files suit against him. If Barb dies while Chris is living in a tard home (or in jail or on the streets), 14BLC is fair game for creditors.

I can understand why you hate them though.

I don't hate them. Most people aren't worth hating; hating them implies they matter. I just don't understand why anyone would go to so much effort to cause so much absolutely unnecessary trouble for himself.

Someone in the UK tried it, but when technically the queen owns the courthouses and post office, they cannot claim entitlement and right to film in the same way.

It's sort of the same way here. Post offices aren't exactly private property, but they are also not exactly public property. If the local postmaster (or his duly authorized representative - A.K.A. any postal employee) tells someone to GTFO, they have to leave or they are trespassing. That's 30 days as a guest of the feds and also a fine. Also you have to have the postmaster's express permission to photograph anything that's essentially beyond the front door.

tl;dr: Do not fuck with the post office.

So use a mail drop service or get a post office box.

did Chris apply for more credit, post Bob?

Yes. Chris will get a new credit card, max it out, make minimum payments, and then get another new credit card when he wants to buy more lego. Rinse. Repeat until the credit card companies stop giving him new cards and accounts. Given that he's carrying about $40k in credit card debt, and each card probably has a limit of just a few thousand for someone with his credit rating, he must be making minimum payments on quite a few cards by now.

This.

Rainfurrest. Enough said.

To be fair, you can do things like protest on post office property. We have an itinerant group of Lyndon LaRouche followers in the area that will set up on post office lawns and have a small demonstration. I don't know the particulars of how they do it, but I imagine that if it's a federal property, open to the public, anyone can protest there as long as they aren't causing issues. They're usually just sitting around next to their shitbox and pictures of Lyndon all around. They don't seem to interact with anyone unless someone asks them first.

'back-talkers'. Oh, Chris's CWC-isms never fail to amuse. You'd think Chris is Richard Nixon (who had an enemies list). I can't imagine Chris being in any seat of realistic power, and him having a list of people, who at most, have had a small disagreement with him.

Only outside, only if they behave themselves, only if they're not asking for money, and only at the discretion of the local postmaster. He may be a Rouchie himself (though probably not).

That's probably because you are not allowed to solicit at a post office. By law they have to wait until someone approaches them. They may have learned that the hard way, but at least they learned it, unlike those "civil rights" auditor idiots.

It doesn't have to be federal property. It can also be a rented space. Some jackasses tried protesting in front of a post office inside a mall (this was back when malls were still a thing) and the postmaster banned them from the entire mall.

Post office laws are weird. For instance any bag or vehicle you bring onto post office property is subject to warrantless inspection unless it's something you're there to mail. They can search your backpack, they can search your car, they can search your person, but they can't search the box of cocaine you're mailing to your Aunt Ethel (at least not until you've put a stamp on it and handed it over - also you do have to declare it).

Basically, if you're making an ass of yourself at a post office, there are all sorts of odd laws the postal employees can use to make your life miserable, even though they don't usually bother.

tl;dr: do NOT fuck with the post office.

What race is Emily/Kim Wilson? I've heard some people say she's white and others say she's Asian. I want to know because classic-era Chris wasn't really a fan of interracial relationships, and it'd be a little odd if he went on a date with someone like her (you know, that one time at the mall).

That's a question for @LoveYouLongTime but keep in mind Chris has notoriously terrible facial blindness. Oh, and also, he admittedly shut down and almost shat himself when @Marvin whisked her away. I doubt he remembers what she looks like.
