As much as I want to believe it, there're too many things off.HERE IS THE OP -
Good catch. The tranny jannies already removed it.

It's hard to tell but I think it is. You can see the ink bleed on the bottom of the 2's here, and the lines all look equal in thickness and darkness.is it even written in pen (I'm pretty sure it is but it looks pretty close to pencil).
Empty legal threats happen all the time, like when Nintendo sends CADs to random fangames. He probably couldn't follow through, it's just there to scare people. I'm inclined to believe this is true unless it's proven false, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is.Heilberg's threat doesn't seem legally possible. I'm not a legal kiwi, I just know how to use google, but I don't think there'd be a law to legally stop someone from posting a letter they received because it's their property.
You can often recover deleted posts from Reddit by using Unddit. You just have to change the URL so instead of reddit.com it goes to unddit.com. Example.Looks like ledddit yeeted the op.
Can't read the post, but Id imagine its just attention-seeking. I wouldn't imagine any rando could just visit Chris at this point if you cant even mail him.
Every subreddit is full of these rules and posting anything on Reddit is like walking in a minefield because some overzealous kid wants to wield the banhammer.
- Anything may be removed without telling you shit. That includes you.
I think the lowercase a's look a bit different, Chris used to be better at closing the tops of the a.
I don't know. Its generally extremely hard to be able to forge someone's handwriting. You can't just slow down and be careful, the speed of the pen on the paper makes a difference. I really tried to find something in them that would make it an obvious fake but couldn't.As much as I want to believe it, there're too many things off.
The letters look like someone trying to recreate Chris' style rather than the style itself. He adds a few random capitalized words, crosses out a word because he "misspelled it", and is it even written in pen (I'm pretty sure it is but it looks pretty close to pencil).
What Chris says in the conversation seems like just extrapolations of what's already known. There's no real new information, in it, just a bunch of generalizations and already known details.
Heilberg's threat doesn't seem legally possible. I'm not a legal kiwi, I just know how to use google, but I don't think there'd be a law to legally stop someone from posting a letter they received because it's their property. Plus it's not like Heilberg would care what Chris says in the letter, he already got the tard deferred and anything said in the letter can't be used in court anyways.
Overall, seems like just an outwardly convincing fake.
I'm leaning slightly towards that. I'm not sure if the plebbitor mods had a specific reason for concluding that but I'm not digging into that thread any more after about the third thing I read was some tard sperging about AI art.Overall, seems like just an outwardly convincing fake.
The thing is all it does is confirm what most people already thought had happened. So it's consistent with that but any one of us could have said the same and just pretended it was from a visit. There was a good deal of new info in that letter, if true. Chris being super skinny, being medicated to the tits, Heilberg convincing him to not talk, etc. It would add up with the nuthouse incident that he's caved in a this point.
That's how /r/ChrisChanSonichu is. People don't bother learning the basics. Like right now there is a thread "Is there a directory for the sagas we’ve had? I wanna be caught up for the next one. What is this “homeless” saga?" Of course there's a goddamn directory. Also holy shit, the people in that thread apparently exist on a diet of nothing but paint chips and library paste.
Notably, Chris has used "Ohio" as a greeting once before, as part of Punchy's dialogue:Looks fake due to handwriting and the “Ohayo“ is a bit suspicious too, unless the ween is Japanese, but it sounds kind of like someone thinking of a cutesy, girly thing that Chris might write but in reality probally wouldn‘t.

Chris has responded to a troll claiming to be a Japanese girl before, and she used Ohayou gozaimasu. He may be familiar with the expression from anime like Excel Saga. Right now he just doesn't have anything to reference for a typical spelling.Looks fake due to handwriting and the “Ohayo“ is a bit suspicious too, unless the ween is Japanese, but it sounds kind of like someone thinking of a cutesy, girly thing that Chris might write but in reality probally wouldn‘t.
But it sure is going to be depressing if Chris comes of jail out looking gaunt, grey and noticeably aged.
I'm surprised Chris is accepting that. I wonder what his plan is for when he gets out of jail. A group home won't let him keep that much clutter. Maybe if he had the money he could rent a storage bin and pay someone to move his toys into it. There's too much to fit in a homeless person's stolen shopping cart, and stuff that is made of paper will get ruined by weather.Chris is accepting the fact that he will never see the Sonichu Temple nor Barb for a long time.

Sure Heilberg can make empty threats and use the fact he's a lawyer to bluff people into compliance, but why would he when the letters wouldn't even make a difference in the case. Most of it is just Chris rambling about random stuff, and even when he brings up the barbcest it's still just dribble that the court doesn't need to prove that he did it. Only thing I can think of is if he's worried Chris will end up name dropping whichever tard home gets stuck with him, which is unlikely considering he hasn't even been assigned one yet.but I wouldn't imagine there is anything stopping him from sending empty threats to weens.
Chris comes across as someone who has to share personal information when prodded. This trait is basically how Chris first became known because he feels he needs to clear some misconceptions when he first saw his Encyclopedia Dramatica and not knowing that sharing personal info is a major no-no on the internet. The account seems to imply Chris himself is getting frustrated by the fact that he now needs to shut up on giving his current status related to anything court related.Sure Heilberg can make empty threats and use the fact he's a lawyer to bluff people into compliance, but why would he when the letters wouldn't even make a difference in the case. I can see this visit actually have occurred. Chris looks like steaming shit on a good day, and being in a stressful situation that he cannot control would acerbate how crappy he looks. Not to mention he's probably gulping down even more junk food in order to feel better.First of all, Chris is thin. Like, "holy shit" thin. He hasn't been this thin since probably 2000, if not earlier. That being said, he definitely looks worse for wear. He looks noticeably older. His hair is 100% gray at this point, not the brown-gray-swamp it was back in 2021, but it's still dark. One of his eyes was bruised (which he said he got when he fell), and they had very dark bags. He still has the stubble, unsurprisingly, and it's more visible than it looks in pictures. His voice is thin.
I seem to recall when Chris was doing his anger management classes after the PVCC debacle, the doctors recommending follow up visits and potentially some sort of drugs. Chris was on anti-depressants for a little while (I think), so I think if he's getting actual treatment now, then back then, they probably would have doped him up on something stronger. As soon as he started talking I could tell he was on something. He hardly did any of the usual falsetto or screeching, and his responses were short. He slurred his speech even more than usual, but he didn't talk as fast.
I supposed this was the case, Praetor making bank off of Chris and him seeing none of the actual profits except for a tiny little bit. Funny, I wonder if Heilberg would give a crap about that as much as he does trying to scare people into not posting his letters online. He said he doesn't know how much money he makes from his jail drawings, but guessed it at around $25. He said he hasn't gotten any donations in a few months outside of Praetor. I asked him about Kengle, and Chris just responded "he's the Antichrist", with a smile. He didn't elaborate.
I have a feeling the grand ol' end of the merge and "collective shift" is just going to be Chris being released and him in a "new life".I asked him if he wanted to get out of jail, and he shouted that the "truth would be revealed in just months" or something like that. He confirmed that as part of his "sacrifice", he wouldn't be returning to the Sonichu Temple or seeing Barb anytime soon. I asked him if he missed Barb, and he said yes.
He's been on Paxil since 2000 according to the mental healthcare page on the CWCki. Thought it was much more recently than that, like around the therapeutic docket. Either way, I'm not surprised.I seem to recall when Chris was doing his anger management classes after the PVCC debacle, the doctors recommending follow up visits and potentially some sort of drugs. Chris was on anti-depressants for a little while (I think), so I think if he's getting actual treatment now, then back then, they probably would have doped him up on something stronger.
I doubt this. I assume Heilberg let the court/jail indicate "no visitors" because he knows how susceptible his client is, and is willing to spill details to the court seal.A redditor claims to have visited Chris in jail and sketched him.
The last thing Barb saw before…That sketch is somewhat unnerving. It makes him look like one of those forensic sketches some police forces release from time to time
We can mail him. It’s possible Chris is being forced to not reply, but it’s legally more likely that he’s choosing not to, possibly at the advise of his lawyer.I wouldn't imagine any rando could just visit Chris at this point if you cant even mail him.
Right. I don’t know why he’d want to make weens stop sharing letters online, but he knows an empty threat will totally work on most of the people writing.Empty legal threats happen all the time, like when Nintendo sends CADs to random fangames. He probably couldn't follow through, it's just there to scare people.
I’m inclined to believe it’s false until proven true, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it is. It’s not like we’re being told Chris has done something outrageous. It’s just bland enough to be true.I'm inclined to believe this is true unless it's proven false, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is.
Be prepared. But it sure is going to be depressing if Chris comes of jail out looking gaunt, grey and noticeably aged.
I’m not surprised Chris is claiming to accept it. I think a breakdown when reality comes to pass is likely.I'm surprised Chris is accepting that.
I’ll bet you he thinks he can take as much as he wants, even if he’s been told that isn’t so. He’s famous, isn’t he? Won’t they roll out the red carpet and give him the presidential suit?I wonder what his plan is for when he gets out of jail. A group home won't let him keep that much clutter.
I wouldn’t be surprised by this. A lot depends on the state of the tugboat. He’s entitled to it, if I understand our law kiwis correctly; it might need to be turned back on though. Someone could help him with that, and it behooves them to do so. Chris tucked away inside somewhere paying for his keep with the tugboat is better than Chris living on the street.Maybe if he had the money he could rent a storage bin and pay someone to move his toys into it.

Only Chris can be like Chris, because only he possesses the vastly different and unique qualities, experiences, and upbringing that made him the way he is.
