Good catch. The tranny jannies already removed it.

Also holy shit, the people in that thread apparently exist on a diet of nothing but paint chips and library paste.

It's reddit before Keffals saga we got a redditor who traveled to film Barb for clout.
Never underestimate redditors its infinite as ever expanding void of space.
There will be a wannabe Christorian who skimmed through YouTube videos and pretend to be expert on subject and make retarded pilgrimages to Chandler house.

I'm not really sure why everyone is calling this Redditor a ween. It's not like this was some gay failed troll attempt from within the jail like cwcislam. It was just some guy interviewing a famous lolcow. It seems rather harmless.

Was it a smart thing to do? Probably not. Will he be doxed? Most definitely. But I wouldn't really describe this as "ween" behavior.

Assuming it's real that is. If it's later found out it was some attention-whoring fanfic then I would agree with the ween label.

Ween and the other titles from the unholy quintet always get thrown around pretty freely (the Guard Dogs were called white knights just because they stopped dumbasses from interacting with Chris). He's a "ween" because he decided it'd be a good idea to visit Chris in jail, or at least he would be if it was real

If Heilberg is so concerned with people posting letters online then there's no way in hell he'd let some random visit Chris in person and possibly record him speaking. The stuff Chris sends in the letters is thought out who knows what he'd say off the cuff.

I'm not a legal kiwi, I just know how to use google, but I don't think there'd be a law to legally stop someone from posting a letter they received because it's their property.
I think at most Heilberg could argue about the letters Chris told people not to post but they did anyway, and he could say some legalese like "When Mrs. Chandler wrote not to publicize the letter as a condition for receiving more, your receipt of more letters was a contract that your failure to meet constitutes privacy violation at the felony level of mail tampering as shown in the case Feldman V Arrington blah blah..."
why would he when the letters wouldn't even make a difference in the case. Plus it's not like Heilberg would care what Chris says in the letter, he already got the tard deferred and anything said in the letter can't be used in court anyways.
Heilberg wanted the autism disposition, but there's no sign Chris has gotten it yet. The August review might end with "Not eligible for autism disposition, back to real court"

The letters won't be any more proof of what Chris did than the phone call confession, or forensic evidence or any interrogation footage, BUT it would matter in terms of sentencing or probation. Imagine this

Heilberg: This definitely wasn't rape because Barb isn't senile beyond ability to consent, or if she is there's no way of proving she was at the time in question, or that Chris would realize it if she was.

Consolvo: Here's a letter in Chris's handwriting with his signature, "Barb is zombielike, deer in the headlights most of the time since before June 2021.

Heilberg: It's totally okay to release Chris because he's no further danger to Barb!"

Consolvo: Here's another one, "Zombie Barb is a cold hearted greedy bitch that needs to die so I can have her house"

If Heilberg's threatening people, Consolvo probably brought these letters up in court already

People are so quick to get angry at anyone interacting with Chris but its like... We are all here, watching on the sidelines. People want to hear about Chris updates. Its not like the guy tormented Chris or anything, he just got the scoop on some internet wierdo everyone is obsessed with. Do people not want updates?

Can Heilberg legally stop them?
No he can't but he also can't stop Chris from sending letters. Heilberg's a lawyer and the people who send letters are not, if he wants people to stay away from Chris he could pretty easily bluff legal action.
The fact the Redditor was threatened for getting mail but not for meeting Chris is good evidence his story's fake. If Heilberg was trying to stop one, he'd stop both.

The trial taking a year long break is a pretty good indicator that he got it. They don't need an entire year on top of the year he's been in jail to evaluate him unless they're fucking around and want to keep Chris in jail as long as possible without actually sentencing him (which in fairness is a possible strategy of the courts, because as someone else said a while ago they could be keeping him until Barb croaks).

There's a lot of mitigating circumstances around the "autism defense", for example, Chris could larp as whomever he wants, but the minute he lets something slip like how he understood it was wrong, it's going to go out the window. If Chris acts high functioning, can get along fine, understands the proceedings, then it's not going to go well for him. Now what is really going to bite Chris, is statements he's made about what happened, at that time. If he lets slip things like "I knew it was wrong", or "She told me to stop but needed me to give that extra nudge", those are going to get him in hot water.

I really believe that Chris spilled his guts, either the same level of detail or even more detail when he was being interrogated by the police. At that time, Chris was high on life during his arrest, and seemed pretty happy. Those are the times Chris can't keep his mouth shut.

Chris is also a simpleton, he doesn't understand basic interrogation tactics, so he could have spilled the beans in detail without even knowing it was going to be used against him (or he forgot his Miranda right, or didn't care).

This could be the case. It could also be that Heilberg knows Chris can't shutup because of all the damage he did to his case already and knows he can't stop Chris from writing whatever he wants, so his only recourse is to threaten legal action if Chris blurts out something that will hurt his case and doesn't want it online.

Of course, Heilberg seems to be operating on that Chris has a huge following, and might even believe Chris when he says that trolls made him do all these things since that's Chris's go to excuse for anything bad that's happened in his life, without knowing specifics.

He's been on Paxil since 2000 according to the mental healthcare page on the CWCki. Thought it was much more recently than that, like around the therapeutic docket. Either way, I'm not surprised.

But "being on meds" means a whole different thing for our lazy boy. It'd be surprising if he remembered to take it more than like a third of the time. Does anyone know whether jail staff seriously scrutinizes whether or not patients take their meds, or do they just hand him his pills every day and go "have fun?"
I vaguely remember about hearing that staff watch inmates take their medications (I think it was during a documentary about prison though, not jail and most likely also not in Virginia), it makes sense since certain medications would be a top currency and there's a good chance a number of inmates would just crush certain medications and snort them to get high, also wardens likely don't want inmates with mental health issues to become mentally unstable.
Heilberg: This definitely wasn't rape because Barb isn't senile beyond ability to consent, or if she is there's no way of proving she was at the time in question, or that Chris would realize it if she was.
About that - Chris states in a video he's attenting a college class about caring for people with dementia (Which he refers to as an umbrella term) so unsually Chris is actually educated on that subject, or should be but he went out of his way to take that class.
Last three Wednesdays I've uh, been attending a care-giving classes over at the Martha Jefferson. Uh, to help- To expand my mind on uh, care-giving for my mom around here and there. That was good, I have definitely learned a lot in my noggin' and I have paper materials to help out with that. Among which a few of the highlights, uh, definitely learned more about uh, dementia and that being the umbrella term for all the mental conditions and what not.

Sure Heilberg can make empty threats and use the fact he's a lawyer to bluff people into compliance, but why would he when the letters wouldn't even make a difference in the case. Most of it is just Chris rambling about random stuff, and even when he brings up the barbcest it's still just dribble that the court doesn't need to prove that he did it. Only thing I can think of is if he's worried Chris will end up name dropping whichever tard home gets stuck with him, which is unlikely considering he hasn't even been assigned one yet.
I think the autism deferral changes a ton of things which are certainly not all to Chris’s benefit. Because they are technically not punishing him for a crime, the authorities likely are able to impose conditions that they otherwise couldn’t. “You’re choosing this yourself instead of a conviction; we aren’t forcing you to do it.” The letters may not have any impact in a trial setting, (or negotiations where the threat of trial is implied,) but they could make a difference in a review related to the deferral. That’s just a guess though.

I'm at work right now but I had a thought... Are inmate visitation records public in Virginia? I did some light research but couldn't find anything. If they are it could confirm the situation.

Lawyer Kiwis have said the letters are irrelevant and the lawyers won’t bring them up.

This makes me think of the trashraider. I agree that it was a retarded thing to do and I don’t want to encourage that kind of stupid behavior. But the school documents he got from it are great. Maybe it’s like using things we learned from Nazi experiments. The method was appalling, but letting the information gained go to waste doesn’t achieve anything.

The bottom line comes down to forum policy: Don’t poke the cows. The best reason is if anyone fucks up and does something illegal, it makes us all look bad and comes down on Null’s head. He deals with enough bullshit without dopes going cow poking and stepping in shit.

I don’t mind waiting for Chris to eventually update us without a ween getting involved. There are other cows who are entertaining without being bothered by autists.

Can Heilberg legally stop them?
No, not really. Chris can see whoever he has on his list. The only people who could stop him would be the jail itself, and they'd need at least some kind of reason.
Lawyer Kiwis have said the letters are irrelevant and the lawyers won’t bring them up.
They're not totally irrelevant but nothing would be gained by introducing them, and they might be excluded on a number of grounds (hearsay and the chain of custody being through utter autists for instance). I think only the prosecution would have any interest in using them.

An anonymous 4chan user has claimed to have visited 14BC. He said a few cats were present so it's clearly occupied.

Anyone know what's covering the window in the front door? Looks like it could be a Christmas decoration, since it's red, green, and white. EDIT: It looks like it has been there since at least August 2021.

Looks like a blanket of a cardinal in a tree. Probably used to keep the sun out.
