Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

I've been wodering that too. It's not a backronym, it's not a word with the syllables reversed. It just seems to be something he pulled straight out of his ass.
Well his ass is doughey and his whole nether-region probably smells sour because he doesn't bathe regularly.

See?

How the shit did Chris come up with "sourdough region" as a euphemism for the groin? Am I missing something on the CWCki?

It must have been on some cartoon, possibly Beavis and Butthead. Alternatively, he mixed it up with "sweetmeats" somehow, which is a more common but still ridiculous slang for balls.

I'm really surprised Chris hasn't said anything inappropriate on fb about the young UVA student missing in Charlottesville. I remember him mentioning pinning a stupid sonichu drawing on the memorial board for the other missing girl, Morgan Harrington a while back.

I have heard sourdough as a euphemism for a yeast infection, for reasons I think are self-evident.

Sorry, for .... saying that.

I think it was a fluke he became aware of that. Also it might have been when Bob was still alive (I don't remember the chronology), when his chances of hearing things about the world outside his bedroom were much greater.

Yeah, she went missing in 2009. He mentioned the memorial in the Wallfower emails.

He does (did) tend to have top 40 radio going fairly non-stop in the background. Top 40 stations don't usually have much news, but they sometimes have an occasional update. At the very least, huge news stories are going to make their way into DJ's banter. So he probably has heard most of the news stories about which you might say "How could anyone not have heard of that?". How much of it he has listened to or absorbed more hit or miss, I would guess.

Why doesn't Barb go out looking for a boyfriend at the bar, like she did 34 years ago?
Its not like she's really doing anything anymore. It would do her some good!
Ya. Maybe she wouldn't be so crazy if she got her pipes cleaned every once in a while.

Bob went through a stage where people thought, all things considered, he wasn't too bad of a bloke. He's fairly well-represented on the CWCki.

Will Barb ever be seen similarly? What could she even possibly do to redeem herself as a parent? I like to think, in some small ways, the Chandlers will make improvements before finally crossing the Rubicon.

With Bob alive, Barb had him to protect and care for her in their old timer ways. Buy her Q-sands, keep the bills paid, etc.
Now she may try to correct Chris, since I'm sure she can see that Chris is not doing a good job at it like Bob did.

Barb's an abusive parent. Well, that and/or domestic abuse. Kinda tricky to interpret given Chris' mental state.
