I wonder if the lawyer advised Snyder to go easy on Chris for PR reasons.

Would the arrest have attracted so much attention? (Outside of the usual just-the-facts, nondescript police blotter.) The only local media appearances Chris has made were in fluff pieces (that Bob 'n' Barb likely weaseled attention toward) and student-run newspapers (not that PVCC is a particularly thriving campus, but that has to be a really slow news day). In the eyes of the average Charlottesvillian, what makes this police action against some uppity trash so notable?

As far as Snyder is concerned, unlike lots of fiftysomethings in the area, he and his bevy of supporters understand the Internet, and would probably be savvy enough to calmly explain the Chris issue without invoking the c-word*.

imagine if his case was like a high profile zimmerman trial type case?

(oh this could be a good what if)

This is the other constant of Chris's life, and perhaps why he'll never get any recognition on a grander scale: he always works for/hopes for peanuts:

-He harbors a barely-contained vengeance against Michael Snyder...because he can't get back into a hobby shop.
-Mary Lee Walsh is libeled...because he couldn't post a flyer.
-He holds Cole Smithey's questions of paternity in suspense for...a vote in the PaRappa the Rappa contest.

Et cetera.

I'm re-watching some classic videos but I can't enjoy them now that the Marvster has revealed how much of them is scripted. Did Chris even care about Axe body-spray? (:_(

I don't know what I'm trying to get at. I think it would have made Snyder look bad if he tried to punish an adult autistic child as much as possible. I'd like to know if it was Snyder's idea to go easy on OPL or if a lawyer advised him to go easy. Like I said, this is probably unknowable.

It's true. If it did blow up in Snyder's face, he has all the facts on his side. Heck, he could just point to the CWCki for all the evidence that OPL was a thorn in his flesh for so long.

Then again, Snyder is a hobby shop owner. He has more things to worry about than taking out vengeance on OPL. He just wanted his medical bills paid and to never see OPL again.

On a related note: what if Chris just calmly explained to Snyder that he thought there were new owners and his ban had been revoked instead of taking pictures and trying to flee like a big dumb animal? Snyder may have called the jerkops but the worst that could have happened was that he was charged with trespassing. The court once tossed out a disorderly conduct charge for the Get-Tar incident, so they may have done the same for the trespassing charge.

Then again, if Chris could have held his emotions in check, he would have never been banned from the hobby store to begin with.

Then this website wouldn't exist

I wouldn't let this get you too down.

Whenever my faith begins to flag I just go back and watch the Green County Conspiracy video. It's pure Chris baby!

Then I feel refreshed and renewed and I can go about my trollin ways with a light heart. :D

Just remember that Chris is shit at following directions so the awkward execution and dumbest CWCisms are all him. Also that many times people suggested what he should do and he probably thought "Dat's a good idear". He had no issues with taking credit for the things he thought were brilliant in the videos either.

I was reading through the Trollin Train part of CwCWiki and the JenkinsJinkies/Patti part when i came to this bit: "I was Haunted by the spirit of the dog AND the child Monday Night."

What child? Have i missed something? I can't read more than Chri, i mean, Jenkins part of it and i got a bit *yawn*

The young CWC.

I have encountered the Spirits of Young Christopher Weston Chandler and Patti, protecting the Chandler Household. I warn you all right here and now, Stay Away from his house, and Patti's Grave. It is NOT worth it to have to suffer the Nightmare that can render you as damned silent as the Autistic child. And Patti is definitely not friendly to our dark kind.

He does this really weird thing where he'll refer to himself as a kid or a teenager sometimes. It's actually quite surprising he hasn't referred to himself as a woman or girl yet.

I've kinda thought this too. That Snyder went easier on him for because he didn't want to be know for "picking on" an Adult Autistic Child. I mean, this wasn't a high profile case and there wouldn't be any cameras or reporters around to help spread that message, but word of mouth probably would of spread the rumor of that mean ol' hobby store owner that perscuted that poor dumb autistic boy.

I wonder: we all know that Chris isn't going to get himself a sweetheart because no one's going to go out and get him one. But say that by some miracle someone he knew did set him up with an in-person lady. What would he talk about? What would he do? How long would the date last?

1.) The question isn't "What would he talk about?" The question is "How much one-sided conversation and 'hmm yeahs' can she take before socking him in the jaw?"
2.) Twiddle his thumbs and sweat profusely, waiting for her to give his Boner 747 the all-clear for landing.
3.) Probably about as long as his date with Faeryn, assuming they are not alone.

I've been wondering, who took the photos from that date? Was it some random person that she gave the camera to, or was there someone else there with them?

This isn't worth its own thread, but: I got my hands on a copy of Chris's high school yearbook, and there is NOTHING in there about him except the one picture everyone gets. As far as anyone else was concerned, apparently, he might as well never have been at Manchester High at all.
There was nothing in there about who made honor roll either, and nothing that could conclusively solve the prom mystery.

I did have a laugh at their comically antiquated computer lab full of IBM PS/2's though. CWC's Pokesite 2 must have pushed those machines to their limits

Does Chris still drink Alcohol? I remember the video he first drank that Long Island Ice Tea stuff, and later he stated he tried a bunch of different drinks, but has he said anything about it recently?
