I just wondered what would have happened if Chris had gone to a school with uniforms.
I mean, with his facial recognition problems, he would have no clue who the people surrounding him would be... Or am I overestimating severity of his facial recognition issues?

People wear different clothes each day, so they can't be that useful in recognizing people. I am not sure uniforms would have hurt his ability to recognize people that much.

My impression is he wasn't epically bad at recognizing people. I think he was able to recognize his teachers and the students closest to him. I don't know whether that was because he is capable of recognizing faces if he sees them often enough or whether he used other cues like hair, height, weight, voice etc.

Yeah, but clothes don't change that much throughout the day, so when you know the person in the red shirt and the green pants is Mike, chances are you're going to recognize him later that day via his clothes. Now if Mike was to wear a school uniform, he only has to leave the room for a minute and Chris is at square one, since everyone might look the same.

Either way, he might have been genuinely bad at telling people apart, which would explain why Chris seems to not have had many friends growing up. I mean aside from being mainstreamed with a bunch of normal kids who might have made fun of him all the time and thus preventing him relate to anyone.

Most of the people who were involved in trolling Chris during the "golden age" have moved on with their lives. What good would knowing if that was him do anyone?

I already know that for sure. Its that the guy who trolled chris appeared in the other media thats unrelated Chris is interesting and hillarious in hindsight.

He used to. When he said he had "A billion" fans, he was just making up numbers, but he assumed the comic was very popular -a following comparable to other (actually) popular titles.

Right now? I'm not sure. He gave up on producing the comic, so on some level, he decided it wasn't worth the "effort" -either he hated people attacking his "happy place" or he realized the comic was going nowhere.

As you say, I don't put much stock in the billion number. He doesn't understand numbers. He wrote a number with a bunch of zeroes. He might not have even meant 1 billion. He was just trying to say that it was very popular.

I think he still believes it is, or at least was popular. The recent eBay ads seem to display the same attitude about Sonichu's popularity that he always had.

I can't help but refering to his Strap-On-duck-holder thingy now as the "codpiece of fail".

I think the 14BC fire flipped his life over. He failed to do his due diligence as far as screening prospective okcupid partners goes.

I'd be inclined to compare Chris to Baldrick... except Baldrick is probably smarter and more hygienic. Also for all his failings Baldrick at least managed to leave descendants from the Tudor era all the way down to World War I. I don't foresee Chris' lineage lasting beyond his lifetime. Unless someone clones him for some reason...
