I would guess that both are true, and they feed each other in a vicious circle. They are both really ingrained in his psyche, so it's a bit of a chicken and egg question.

So this is potentially a dumb question but: is Jackie played by the same person as Kacey? They sound the same or VERY similar to me.

I can tell it's her because her voice is unmistakably grating and annoying.

If I remember right, there were a couple of different "Jackies" that communicated with Chris.
 
You know I just read something that sparked a thought because since the whole recent arrest I have been wondering what's really set him off Sonic's the focal point not the cause.

Could it be that's it's dawned on Chris the insurance is not going to put every single thing back as it once was, no restored game collection, no restored toy's, to him this has to be a earth shattering realisation. He can't take this to him his stuff was his life, his world, and he is never going to go back home, the house can be rebuilt filled with Barbs stuff the stuff he has gotten since the fire but all the old things he is emotionally invested in are just gone never to return. The result being he is just lashing out now at anyone he remotely feels has wronged him or is going to threaten what little he has left.

I think the Lars call was the only time Jackie's been recorded.

Was Chris ever finally banned from McDonald's? I know he took a pic of a manajane there once during an altercation.

How would it work, though? It's not like it's an "I'm giving you X if you produce Y" deal, you're literally paying him just to exist. Unless Chris has some sort of stimulus, he's pretty boring. Most likely you'd just get a bunch of Facebook status updates about how he's lonely and no one talks to him. Or nothing at all

Not for nothing, is it really that much different than reality TV? It's no secret he's a goon, so he always gets into something lulzy sooner or later

It'll definitely be later though
Take the "Best Year of Chris" thread, a lot of people are saying it was 2014 but what really happened? He burned his house down, got tricked into another fake relationship (who wants to pay for re-runs?), did a stupid video about a shovel mech and rounded off the year by getting arrested
He did four things worth talking about, and that's enough for it to count as a great year in Christory. He's boring as hell the rest of the time

I once tried to read this thread. I think I got a hundred or two hundred pages in, but that's not important right now.

My question is, to what extent does Chris think/assume/know he's famous? And how does the disconnect of not being able to hide online versus not being noticed offline when he's in public places (that he can tell, let's not derail with how noticeable he really is and that people avoid him for reasons obvious to us) really affect Chris?

The second question is becoming somewhat hard for me to answer. Online he is known to be paranoid; everyone is either a troll out to get him or people he's met offline and actually know. He wants to be less noticeable online so he can conduct his goings on and do whatever it is he does and not need to worry about people googling him and finding the CWCki/ED/other places and thinking bad of him. Offline, he laments being "invisible" and unappreciated. Barring the obvious problems with that statement and in light of the new Renee texts showing him wanting to be talked to but ready to spray any and everyone with pepper spray to remain safe if he should feel threatened. (also another can of worms for a different thread)

I think what I'm trying to ask is if the disconnect between being internet famous (which I think he's actually mentioned, possibly in the Colin emails or earlier) and being a nobody offline has any impact on his behavior offline. Could this also be contributing to his latest run-ins with the law?

I know the subject gets touched upon in in current threads, but I'd like a deeper discussion without derailing another thread or starting a new one that probably doesn't need to exist. (Hellblazer, if I ever meet you offline, I'm buying you a beer) Just seems like a very strange disconnect to have, and I'm familiar with his gold medal mental gymnastic routines, but couldn't this be subconsciously going on, even though he's autistic?

I humbly seek your wisdom and advice, fellow Kiwis.

I can answer part of that, His actions are not really influenced by Trolling, both good an bad. It it's not inline with how he think's or acts he is quick to go silent or dismiss it. If Chris feels he can an will get away with doing somthing stupid he will, no questions or thought are put into it he will just do it. He has poor impulse control.

My last post in this thread was my thoughts as to what has set him off of late, and I think I am forming a prity good idea and he has just well lost it over the whole mess his life is a few incidents are standing out of late, but his Sonic reaction is the focus an not the cause.

Double post but a question has arose, Chris always ends his emails with Stay Safe does any one have a clue if he is using a signature or is he typing it every time?

I don't know, but it has to be intentional, because he says it in his videos after delivering death threats or otherwise angry rants
"Stay safe!" or "Y'all have a good day!".
