So I didn't think this deserved it's own thread, but did anyone notice how Bubbles' arms were changed from tan to blue?

In Sonichu #0, he first introduces the Chaotic Combo with this image

but in future drawings bubbles has her arms colored blue

Anyway, I just thought it was mildly interesting that Chris himself changed one of his character's arm colors from tan to blue.

Has Chris ever voiced an opinion on the animal the kiwi? I'm assuming he doesn't know it's a synonym for troll.
It would be interesting if he developed a hatred towards it based on a faulty association as he does with so many other things.

I think it was brought up in the early threads about Chris protests, but to my knowledge, Chris never adressed this himself. I would love to see him reasoning about that one.

Most people start drinking as a social thing, and Chris has never been that sociable a person. At the time when most teenagers were experimenting with illicit beers, he was at home playing vidya. Even if he had had the opportunity, he probably would have refused for fear of being caught. When he's been to bars, it's mostly been on his own. Basically, I don't think Chris has enough experience to associate alcohol with good feelings. In fact, given that he generally seems pretty depressed, alcohol probably makes him feel worse about his life.

He'd probably justify it by saying that she was always supposed to have blue arms, or something, whereas Sonic was always supposed to have beige arms. He does very occasionally admit to artistic mistakes, albeit angrily in a way that suggests it's your fault for not realising it was a mistake.

Yeah, this is probably what would happen. This is the only instance I could find of Bubbles without solid blue arms so it's pretty clearly a mistake or something he decided to change early on.

You are right i guess, don't want to come out all a-loggy but the fact that he is mentally a child might have something to do with it aswell, just that he missed the wonders of experimenting with mind-altering stuff as a teen.

No, that's not A-Loggery at all. Chris genuinely is childish. He doesn't just act that way, he has actually used "Adult" as an insult.

The one thing that makes me think Chris could become a drunk is that he can be very obsessive about things he likes. Imagine a scenario where Chris got it into his head that drinking at a bar was the thing to do and he had the resources to do it. He would might end up doing it as obsessively as he has done vidya, legos, or attraction signs. That could lead him down a bad path.

But overall I don't think it is likely to happen. Bars are expensive and don't have that much appeal for him.

I know this is probably a stupid question, but does Chris even realize that Sonic Boom is simply a spin off series made by an entirely different company, and that Sonic’s probably going to return to his original design in whatever future installment Sega is going to put out?

That was pointed out to him. He said he didn't care about "cannon".
 
He's already stated that he doesn't care if it is canon or not, those damnable blue arms will be the death of him.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he thought the kiwi was a fake animal created by the trolls.

I think she politely asked the CWCki to remove most of her photos and personal details, which was abruptly obliged. It is kind of a unspoken common courtesy not to really stir up inquiries about her IRL identity.

If Chris ever drank enough to the point of vomiting & rot gut I believe he would call it quits. Now if Chris ever DOES THE WEED, that would be another story.
