Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

OK, here are some pictures of Impulse.

The actual club is very difficult to notice and you really have to park right in front of it to even notice. The street level entrance is really just an entrance as you immediately walk up to the second floor after entry. The club itself is the second floor above the Asian Market.

I mentioned in my previous report that @lipitor and I really had no clue he would even be there that night. But when we got there, the Sonichu car was parked directly in front of the club and was the only car in the lot. It was probably hard to appreciate the humor of this without seeing it, but imagine that white Toyota Camry in the image above being the lone Sonichu car in the lot. We were dying of laughter seeing this. You just had to be there :)

And for the bonus round, here's where Chris presented his attraction sign at Get-Tar! It's one of those in-store pizza-huts you walk by after checkout.

Edit: fixed the links.

Has anything Chris said independently went viral? I know he might have coined the "360 and walk away quote" and "Get off of the internet, I'm cutting it down" kinda became popular, but to me, Chris seems like a relatively underground mememeister.

If it was up to me I'd give him a month and some probation afterwards with counseling as a contingency. They won't give him any time though, they're just gonna make him see someone and give him a slap on the wrist.

My opinion to give him time is based off what I know about him. He has a history of causing trouble in businesses and getting banned, then not respecting the bans. He's completely unrepentant about his behavior unless he thinks he's in trouble. Deserves some time in the slammer.

I agree that he is unrepentant about his banning behaviour. I am just not convinced those crimes deserve jail time. It's mostly loitering and causing a nuisance.

I just don't see what would be gained from jail. He seems scared of it. Enough that he learned his lesson about pepper-spraying. And sending him to jail is not going to make him have some great epiphany. It will just reinforce the "no pepperspray" point, which seems to have sunk in anyway. And it would be really miserable for him.

If he was going around saying "fuck that gamestop guy, I'll mace whoever I want" I would agree that he needed to be smacked down by some jail time. But as it is, I don't want him to go to jail. It won't help him, but it will make him miserable.

I am in the minority though. I don't think there is anything wrong with hoping he gets a month or two. If you think he deserves years in prison you should probably check yourself, but I do see the perspective of people who think he deserves a short sentence.

I get what you are saying, and I know you have CWC'S best interests at heart. I just don't think you know how not that big of a deal a few weeks in County is gonna be on him. I'm assuming you are British or from one of the colonies based on your grammer/spelling. Which means you probably don't know what American jails are like. The shit you see on TV is federal pound me in the ass prisons. He won't end up there. He'll end up in County where it's people who committed low level crimes like himself (weed/petty theft/fighting/bullshit revenge that went too far). No one will beat him up or threaten him unless he deserves it. It's gonna be all people who get out in a couple of months to a couple of weeks. No one is gonna extend their sentence to fuck with him. If he gets beat up he will have deserved it.

It will however scare him and teach him some humility. He'll learn real quick his bullshit won't fly. It may not rehabilitate him, but it will certainly change him and teach him some respect for the law and authority. In these kinda jails the guards are the biggest bullies and you have to learn how to make allies with fellow inmates. That'd be good for him.

I have my doubts as to whether he would really learn anything from being locked up; I get the impression he can't even comprehend why he is in trouble.

He can't comprehend why he's in trouble, unless somebody is there to give him a immediate telling off he can't put two and two together (and on the rare occasions he does he performs astonishing levels of mental gymnastics to justify what he did), however this time he has acted out in a way that's going to have consequences and that's what he is scared of.

Any remorse he shows will be that he got caught not that he is sorry, and like the selfish child he is he believes that should be enough.

The problem is Chris is oddly linear in his understanding of some things, he won't take away the lesson that Vandalism, Trespass and Assault are wrong and I shouldn't do them again. I suspect he will only learn "Pepper spraying GameStop manajerks is something that I shouldn't do" and only then because because it's impacted his life in some respect.

It's been about half of a year; how's Chris enjoying the renovated house?

Going by skygarbageraider's pictures, it didn't look that awful on the outside back in April. But I'm more curious about how it looks on the inside. Both in terms of the hoard and the extent of the repairs.

Pretty sure that was a pre-existing meme he was told to say.
it was pre-existing.
it was stupid on purpose iirc.
and when chris tried to use it, he realized it didn't make sense halfway through saying it, and tried to correct it (130 is half of 360 right?)

Two questions:

1. Was the leak of Chris showing that he had bought basically everything on the Nintendo eShop true? I remember that he "debunked" the list a day later, but only to say he didn't by Sonic Boom. Did he really buy all of that stuff?

2. What's the story about Chris getting someone's cat put down?

1. Chris' debunkings are solid as far as he believes them. I believe them until I get new information.
2. The story is somewhere (unless you can't find it, let me know). Barb had the neighbor's cat put down by animal control because she's a hateful bitch. Chris gloated about it because he's a tv commercial sucker and Barb told him so.
