Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

the saddest thing about chris' love quest:
he doesn't seem to be arsed to make a group of friends, he can't be arsed to play the long game.
honestly, look at how he treats any girl hanged around with him, or went on a date with him.
chris is lovy-dovy with hearts and starts getting feely.
chris just thinks if he gets a date or two it's in the bag.
and he doesn't find it odd that he just wants to hang out with women and never men.
he just seems to want to have people to see him once in a while and have them do what he wants, and a true and honest ground up girlfriend

Going by skygarbageraider's pictures, it didn't look that awful on the outside back in April. But I'm more curious about how it looks on the inside. Both in terms of the hoard and the extent of the repairs.

I don't know if we'll ever know the answer to this. Chris hasn't been making youtube videos for a long time and that was our best source for the interior condition of 14 BLC.

It actually looks fucking awful on the outside now. The inside should be really nice as a lot was replaced. I would guess right now it's a mess but nothing you couldn't comeback from in a couple weekends of cleaning. I give it a year before it's a condemnable shit hole hoard fest that's barely livable in again.

I find it disturbing that all the major things that had happened to chris could be seen in his videos, mailbag, mumble,IRC,etc.,to his house burning down to him becoming a trans.
for examble clyde's prediction of chris crossdressing, numerous references to a house fire, how he would do a sex change instead of becoming a homo, etc.

IDK where to put this or whatever, but this appears to be from a Sonic the Hedgehog comic.
I wonder if Chris saw the first panel...

2. What's the story about Chris getting someone's cat put down?
Now Marvin is usually always right about Chris things, but I have very serious doubts that's what happened. From personal experience, unless Virginia's laws when it comes to animal welfare are drastically different, it's not that easy to have someone else's animal put down.

And since we only have Chris' account, I like to inflate things slightly so that whatever he says deliberately tries to make him/his mother look better or like the heroes.

The cat was probably a stray that the neighbors were taking care of. Barb did probably call animal control to report it. Then when it came down to brass-tacks, the neighbors said that it's a stray that they were taking care of, but didn't want to take full responsibility for it, so the animal was taken away. Depending on who took it away, it's very likely it wasn't destroyed. But you know because Barb didn't like it, she hopes it was dead, and told Chris that's what happened when it was taken.

EDIT: Either way, it was a shitty thing to do and I'd like to think the animal wasn't killed (soft spot for animals), could be wrong though.

If I remember correctly, Chris recounted this story in one of his exchanges with Thetan. Furthermore, he believes that the young boy who owned the cat is the one who stole his homework and posted it online. The way he phrased it, it even sounded like he believed that this neighbor was turning it in as their own work 'cause, y'know, honor roll.

1. Chris' debunkings are solid as far as he believes them. I believe them until I get new information.
2. The story is somewhere (unless you can't find it, let me know). Barb had the neighbor's cat put down by animal control because she's a hateful bitch. Chris gloated about it because he's a tv commercial sucker and Barb told him so.
I want more details on the cat story

He thinks now that he lives in a truman show reality.
Now thats depressing as fuck.

He also thinks the kid trained a snake and unleashed it in his house.

Barb was feuding with the neighbors so she calls animal control on their cat. Barb never sees the cat again so she assumes the cat was put down. Now Charb are convinced that the neighbors are going to elaborate lenghts to fuck with them, like training a snake to crawl into their house and steal Chris's old homework.

Now this is insane,a dangerous level of paranoid.

I don't know if the animal was killed or not. Barb probably doesn't either. Something to keep in mind is that Barb is pretty paranoid. Chris, in comparison, is much less paranoid. When Chris tells stories about people scheming against the Chandlers, it usually consists of stories Barb told him. These stories get passed through Chris' stupidity filter and they end up sounding extra dumb. But rest assured: the crazy/paranoid part of the story is almost entirely Barb. For example, Barb invented the idea that Snyder was trying to game them for the insurance money. Barb also thinks people don't like her because she's too smart. Barb also thinks the firefighters stole her imitation Dali.

As far as the cat goes, I think Barb believes it really was the kid's cat. If memory serves, the story is cat scratched Chris or some shit, so they called animal control and (they think they) had it put down. Barb thinks that this caused the kid's family to have a grudge against the Chandlers. Basically what @Angel Bob and @RandyCox said.

Heh, also, the thing about the homework is funny to me, because Chris thinks that the only reason someone might steal his homework is to turn it in as their own. Not because, y'know, it's hilariously terrible or anything like that.

I'd say that's an accurate assessment of his situation. Though he obviously isn't being filmed at all times, Chris lives under a lot of surveillance for someone so unimpressive.
Eh, Chris' situation is more like being a really lame celebrity than a truman show type situation. It's not really surveillance so much as people running into bigfoot.

I know this question has probably been asked before, but is there anything that would make Chris stop being a tomgirl?

Sega releasing a patch to fix Sonic's wretched blue arms and Nintendo including Sonichu and friends in Smash Bros.

This is the same guy who said he would have sacrificed the cure for Autism for a PS3, after all.
