Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

The "girl" had ultimate control. "She" chose when to schedule things, "she" chose the plans and "she" approved everything. Girls weren't installed by the group. The girl got in contact with Chris and the group just supported them in response as stage hands.

My perception of that whole Saga has changed forever.

Wow.

I wasn't there, but I fall into the "Bluespike went too far category".However, that while you may be able to rationalize it as "Chris just looking to get laid" there was a bit of heroic optimism there. He was willing to suffer he abuses to be with Julie, though he ultimately wanted both, he was even willing to give up his PSN for her. He also drove to Ohio when she was in danger, and spoke about sacrificing for love.

False perception or not, I can't help but feel that to some extent, however minor, Chris cared. He might be a slow in the mind, overweight, and a sexual degenerate, but he shows his humanity a little in the middle to end of that saga.

As unsympathetic a character as Chris is, you can't say he really deserved that, especially back then in context. I think he truly wanted a girlfriend to fight for, and have Crystal with.

I just listened to "Julie Reveals Herself" and truthfully, it says way more about BlueSpike than it does Chris. The kid sounded downright sadistic at times, and I don't know how much of that can be chalked up to "13 year old boy on the internet" syndrome.

Honest Content time: I've been quietly following the Chris-Chan saga for some time now and I'm a n00b to these forums. Out of all the internet people I take interest to, I like him the best. His existence has allowed for such a wide clash of people to come together to discuss and share things from all corners of the world. Everyone here (for the most part) seems nice/respectful when discussing things and this forum wouldn't even exist if not for the Wonder of Ruckersville. Maybe Chris is the 'chaotic good' the internet needs.

I'd say most of it. The average 13 year old is a sociopath, that's why they don't even diagnose that until you're an adult because before then, it's just normal.

Actually, I think all of it was "13 year old boy" stuff. Teenaged boys are always telling each other how they'll "fuck your mom in her ass" and shit like that. Teenaged boys are obnoxious little savages, on the cusp of adult ideas, but with childish standards of humor.

Bluespike had a group of older, cool people () to impress, and while many people on here weren't around for it, and don't remember this, back then, alogging Chris was very much in vogue at the time. Back then we actually thought Chris was seriously racist/homophobic*, basically a retarded klansman, and seriously fucking with him wasn't really the taboo that it is nowadays. At the time, bluespike's actions were frowned upon, not because of how aloggy they were, but because they were physically dangerous to Chris, as well as lacking in subtlety. And even then, we went Chris into the ghetto two states over in Ohio. Bluespike didn't do that.

* Whereas now we realize that Chris dislikes things outside of his comfort zone, as far as racism goes. And Chris isn't homophobic in the sense that he hates gays, so much as he's literally homophobic in the sense that he's afraid of gays.

Oh definitely. I know a few couples who met trolling Chris. Some of them have had kids. Chris has inadvertently produced new life. I'm sure that'll be a romantic story for the kids when they grow up.

Heh, I got my cat from someone I met while trolling Chris.

Stories like this melt the ice around my heart a lil' bit :tomgirl:

Do you think Chris will raise a stink (not just literally) at the polls when he sees Pmurt's name on the ballot? Even the mere mention of "trolls" triggers him, and he gets upset seeing shirtless males on media (like those Magic Mike DVD boxes he defaced).

I've always thought that the trip to another state was he cruelest thing done to chris, you sent a re.tard on wild goose chase into the hood. way worse then anything bluespike did. not trying to hate, I thought it was funny, just surprised it doesn't get mentioned as one of the more messed up things Chris has gotten put into

I don't have a specific drawing in mind, but Sonichu at least had some consistency panel to panel during his animesque phase.
I suppose he gotten used to drawing those circles and lines so that's all they are.

In the case of Chris himself, his look during that phase did try to even out a bit. This page in particular is one I liked for being as close as Chris could manage anatomy-wise (not counting how Chris actually appeared at the time).

Oh yeah. We also sent hookers to his house. Heh, we were huge assholes.

Though, I love the Ohio thing because Chris really rose to the occasion. He threw caution to the wind to go rescue his beloved Julay. That's pretty much the only manly thing Chris has ever done.

I mean i can just picture Chris with some printed out map quest directions creeping through the Cincinnati hood or was it Cleveland...Either way I'm sure he was terrified. honestly if it was as bad as it sounded I'm shocked he had the balls to walk up to that door.

Too bad it didn't stick. If he'd actually learned to man up on a permanent basis he might not have ended up one of the world's most ridiculous trannies.

Wow.

Yeah, definitely. All these years later, we're still learning new things from those who were there.

I didn't think about that. Excellent point.

Oh, yeah, that shit went pretty far. Actually, do you know whether Bluespike was able to hear his compatriots voicing disgust and demands to stop over the phone and that's what prompted him to apologize, or did he on his own realize he overdid it?

I know a few couples who met trolling Chris. Some of them have had kids.

Wow, seriously? Just how many people have come together and gone on missions to troll and monitor Chris over the years?

He heard them telling him to cut it out.

Maybe about 10-20 people have been closely involved with trolling Chris over the years. More people were more casually involved in the whole Chris thing. (Some of the couples were more casually involved.)
