Barb, simply because she was one of the reasons he ended up like this.
She is also a horrible person to others such as Cole and from what I saw Bob.
I could quote the cwcki on all the horrible manipulative things that she's done but I'd be on here for the rest of the night.

Barb for sure. Chris has the excuse of being autistic, raised by shitty parents and mentally slow. Barb is just an old carny looking for her next rube so she can buy more useless shit for the horse.

Chris isn't innocent because he's a lazy, self-centered piece of crap, but Barb and Bob made him who he is.

Cole is no angel either but he's more of an insufferable hipster douchebag with an inflated sense of self worth than anything

Cole strikes me as being the normal kind of loser, the guy who thinks he's hot shit despite having no talent or accomplishments no matter how personal or minor. Cole is the kind of guy who shows up to a BYOB party, puts a six pack of Pabst Blue Ribbon on the table then proceeds to down all of the Guinness. After this drink Cole would proceed to put his own CD in the stereo, taking out the one people were dancing to to do so, and claim everyone was in for a treat.

Even if the music was good, Cole would just talk over it and shout about how his non-existent band can make a cover that knocks his socks off and how maybe he could play for you some time, if for any reason you took him up on it he'd have some excuse.

I could go on, but my point is Cole is the normal brand of failure flavored with the typical amount of asshole. The only reason Cole is worth commenting on is that he's Chris' brother.

Edit: I'm not a Dawinist by any means, most of the time I'll side with nurture over nature. I believe anyone can succeed in life provided they have the right opportunities and their basic needs are met. I believe good and evil are based purely on a combination of spiritual factors, our personal decisions, and society's norms and expectations.

However the fact that Barb's eggs produced someone like Cole on a normal day and someone like Chris when "the stars are right" does make me second guess myself

Nah, Mumble was used in lieu of Teamspeak, not Skype. This was before discord, and all the gamers used Teamspeak. But forget paying for a teamspeak license/server.

and Barbara is greedy (always demanding money donated to her, hoarding useless shit, selling useless shit way above its asking price), lazy (She was called Snorlax for a reason), and seems to enable whatever Chris does with a record of having done so since his childhood.

Both Chris and Barb will always act the victim in every situation, and seem to regard themselves as being good people who always do the right thing despite the fact that they... aren't. Whether it be they're not self-aware enough to tell that they're jerks, or they do realize it but can put on a friendly face isn't certain to me at least.

Bob Chandler when he was alive showed actual concern for his family, was mostly a hardworking man, he may have been a little racist (I've seen crosses burning fellas, and his Obama painting the white house black joke he told t o Chris both imply this) or homophobic but who his age wasn't? Plus we have no concrete proof he's ever done anything wrong outside of prevent Chris to get the Special Education he sorely needed.. and even then it was most likely out of concern the public stance on the mentally handicapped was "Like it was in his day", and could have been doing it to protect Chris.

I truly want to know who's a worse person from purely a moral standpoint. Chris or Barb

Not who is worse an intellectual or in terms of actual success, as we know Barb comes out on top given that she worked until retirement age, got married, and owns her own home. No I want to know, from purely a standpoint of morality, who is the worse person Chris or Barb?

Jesus Christ it doesn't take this much autistic analyzing, in reality we don't know what Bob or Barb are like because none of us have ever met them, maybe a few weens who took it too far have talked with them a few times in person but all we know of Bob is what we've been told, he's dead now so we'll never know what he was really like aside from what is said. And it doesn't matter who is a worse person because nobody is truly worse in that situation. You can't look at it from a black and white standpoint, everybody has good inside of them and you can't classify people with labels. Chris, while very unhealthy and unlikely to change IS only in his mid to late thirties (Not sure how old he is, like what 36?). His unhealthy family has shown itself capable of living to what, their mid eighties? That probably gives Chris another 45 years. Maybe in his Autistic mind he's 14 years old and just takes longer to realize that he's been a fuck up this whole time, and maybe he'll change in another 10-20 years.

Chris HAS to EVENTUALLY connect the dots as to why he has failed so many times before, it's inevitable, the point of diminishing returns will hit him like a shotgun one day when he's bored of being a smelly turd playing with action figures, like I said maybe he ages mentally much slower.

And the spiel about Cole is total bullshit, he has never done that and that's a very specific and weird scenario to put him in.

I just think that over analyzing uninteresting people you have never met and classifying them as something is very ween like.

I knew Megan for a time by mere chance we were temporarily acquaintances, tried to ask her about stuff, she really doesn't want to talk about Chris and asked me to drop it everytime I brought him up.

I have no idea how to get a hold of her now, and I'm not revealing the little information I have on her. She doesn't want anything to do with Chris, so I encourage any who find her to just leave her the fuck alone.

and no, Megan and I never met in person, I just randomly found her on a Pokemon Board. From casual conversation I learned her real name, learned where she lived, and was easily able to put two and two together. She was actually rather pissed that someone found out.
