If Chris wants to learn magic so bad, why doesn't he just become a magician?

I have no worries about not getting my money back if he's a non-shipping seller. Paypal is really easy to work with in those cases.

The problem is that I was really looking forward to my order. We had a little hiccup with payment due to Chris being unaware how to edit and send an invoice to me on ebay. Communication hasn't been very good. Hopefully, it works out. Bob's lighter would be a fine addition to the collection, and if Barb passes and Chris ends up in a position where he has nothing of Bob's, I'd definitely like to be the one to safekeep at least one item if he ever wants it back.

Aside from the magical thinking stuff like alternative dimensions and curse/blessings the only power that comes to mind which he's outright admitted to thinking he has (And would be verifiable) is telekinesis:

I also believe in psychic powers, have been developing some for myself with binaural beats. I am Literally Bending Paper with my mind waves, and I can only get better with daily practice. I would use my powers for good, including the possibility of levitating myself to Fly.

LOL! I just remembered the part of why people get creative with consuming beer. People want to try things that may or may not have been done before, or just being dumb. Although, up their pooper, gotta be a Fetish! We are all each crazy in one way or another, and this is Our World.

If he didn't ship it and it's been a while, you should file a complaint. He's gotta be held responsible for fucking over customers

It's been a week since payment. I'll wait another week before bothering to go through the resolution center.

So you're too much of a pussy to stand up to Chris then. He doesn't have a job to keep him busy all day. You being an international customer doesn't mean shit. He's had a full week to get off his lazy ass and ship it.
