What are you talking about? He completed his love quest last June when he finally found his perfect boyfriend free girl.

Excuse me, I’m going to kill myself as penance for writing that.
Yet as the anchuent Sonichu tomes foretold - True love is illegal in Virginia.
I doubt Barb can sell the house that's greater than the amount owed; the housing market is known to fluctuate. Unless the unthinkable happens and weens do end up buying 14 BLC, Chris would become a freakshow attraction until the day he dies.

Best case scenario: Barb does sell for higher than owed, and Chris will harass the family living there, trying to get access to the 'temple', or have them pay a licensing fee because "Chris Chan Lived here."
One other thing that‘s a concern is Barb’s debt on top of the mortgage ($21,306.74 according to the CWCki), if she sells the house for a profit I’m sure the people owed money would want paid.

If family are there cleaning out the house given how possessive Barb has been of her horde in the past I’m wondering if they’ve realised she’s got some kind of degenerative mental condition like dementia and are helping her sell the place to get her into a care home and she’s too far gone to protest much.

As I've been brushing up on some Christory, I have felt more and more that his Lovequests and trolling arcs were mostly boring and tedious, with some exceptions for when he did something really funny to try and get on over on a troll. The pics of the troll fucking Spiderman was legendarily funny as he photoshopped them into shit like 9/11, for example.
Where his story was best, really, was when of his own accord just did some weird goofy shit.

I've been wondering about this for a while. Did Chris ever own any issues of Archie (or IDW) Sonic comics? I don't recall seeing any reference to Archie creations (Sally Acorn, Freedom Fighters, etc.) in the Sonichu comics.

Im almost certain he did, he was one of Sonics biggest worshippers so he no doubt brought almost every issue of the 90s comics when they were at their peak and definitely continued reading it into the early 2000s. The comics probably had more influence over the Sonichu comics than any of the games ever did. Or he found ou about them through playing Sonic Mega Collection: Related Vid:

Estimated value of the property online is >$200k. According to the (unverified) information here, the amount on the mortgage is $90k. The house could almost certainly be sold at a profit.

That debt is independent of the house. As long as she is current on payment agreements, they can't demand more. If she has defaulted they can claim more in a bankruptcy, but most bankruptcy courts have a homestead exemption where only a mortgage can be used to claim that property. Thus any credit card companies, etc., are better off making any claims until after she has sold the house. Based on the value of the property and the reported amount owed in the mortgage, she could easily pay those debts off.

That's a good deal; Barb would be stubborn not to do it. Her history was that she was was basically living in apartments and wanted to live in a house. That's when she met Bob. In this state of her age, I don't know if Barb has the energy to look for another, more affordable house, a house that can hoard the same amount that she put into 14 BLC.

I don’t think Barb is really in any capacity anymore to do any kind of business after all that’s happened to her, it requires a lot of pre work, calculations and organised planning to sell a house, and that is probably a huge burden for someone that old and mentally disintegrated. The house will probably remain unsold and dormant to the day she dies.

That's where families usually come in, if she does have dementia that means increasingly not being able to look after herself, things like leaving the oven or stove on or forgetting she's not taken her meds and overdosing.

So they might want to raise funds to put her in a care home or maybe look after her themselves, although from what I understand they aren't on the best of terms with her and it'd be quite a burden, particularly if it's a relative with kids.

At this point they don't trust her with Chris, and it's been found out that Barb has corresponded with him during his incarceration. Either Barb or Chris have no where else to go other than a home, which is tragic. Barb's family, despite their hang ups, were the last people who could put up with Barb and Chris.

I'm surprised weens haven't tried to look for Harriet and her husband and get their opinions.

Today is the seventh anniversary of the Gamestop incident, in which Chris pepper sprayed a Gamestop employee because Sonic's arms were blue. The CWCki article should be required reading for anyone posting here.
It’s what officially got me interested enough in Chris to check out the CWCki :) Then I realized he was the tard I had read about ages before when someone showed me The Crazy Pacer story.

It’s well known that some elderly people turn horrible and difficult as they lose it, but some get nicer. Or at least less able to screw up relationships. Sometimes family can put the past behind them when it comes to seeing to an elderly relative, even if it’s just to make sure they’re cared for by someone else. So I wouldn’t be too surprised if Harriet and her husband were taking care of things for Barb even if they had previously cut ties.

Don’t give them ideas.

If Chris gets tried by a jury of his peers will the court have to find a dozen other autistic, sonic-loving retards to judge him? Maybe Sockness will end up on the jury.

I guess this shows Chris is the only person people care about, the only way Barb is getting money is if there's a yard sale of his stuff.

"Peers" just means average people from your community (or a different community if there is a change in venue), not people exactly like you.

Sockness can't be on the jury, he lives in California.

Jurors must be from the same state (and, for federal crimes, court district) as the place the crime took place in. (This is where the Idaho "zone of death" issue comes from -- it's a particular state and district combination with zero inhabitants)

Chris is being tried in state court. While I don't know the specifics of Virginia law, the typical arrangement would be that jurors would come from the county where the case is being tried.

I don't think a jury will be involved. There's just going to be a plea agreement. Chris is not the trial of the century.
