Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

Whatever it is, it's something that both the defense and prosecution believe will give a better outcome for Chris and for Greene County, respectively.
if he's a felon, he loses the tugboat right?
So the theory about making sure he doesnt get a felony conviction is probably true.
for a few reasons like the tugboat and making sure that his court stays closed off to weens.

No, felons still get the tugboat. He'd lose it while in prison but he'd get it back on release upon sending in his release papers to the SSA.

Reasons for keeping it a misdemeanor are, as you say, keeping it in family court, but also avoiding provoking the defense to go to trial instead of taking a plea bargain. Finally, felon Chris would face other restrictions in society that might cause him to commit more offenses. For instance there might be some tard homes that won't take felons, making it more likely for Chris to be on the streets.

Greene County does not want Chris on the streets. Larger cities like Richmond are kind of resigned to their tards wandering around uncontained, but Greene County probably does not want homeless Chris coming back to terrorize them.

EDIT: I figured I should further clarify why 6 months is unusual. A quick way to demonstrate this is to look at the scheduling for General District and Circuit Court schedule for 6 months from now. If you look ahead, you'll see that the only things scheduled that far in advance are 1-year-followup hearings for things like suspended sentences, and jury trials in Circuit Court.

Regular procedural hearings do not get deferred this long unless there is a genuine need to kill time.

I imagine it'd go a little something like this.
I thought it would go like this:

So does there exist an ordinance in Greene County to expel someone from the town for being that much of a nuisance?

They basically just have to send him somewhere else. Without a car, he’ll have a more difficult time getting back to Greene County and causing trouble.

It would be amusing if the literal county could ban him, though

Can't do it. Freedom of travel is part of basic liberties in the US. While on probation or parole they can have some control over your movements in that you have to get permission for your travels, but the restrictions have to be "reasonable". A reasonable restriction might be stay X distance from 14BC, but they couldn't just ban him from the county.

There is not a way for a county to have a restraining order?

Or multiple restraining orders on say “public officials”?

A method used in the UK was to just put a restriction on a person being unable to come within a certain distance of premises licensed to sell alcohol on the premises.
Effectively a person would then be banned from most city and town centers as that’s where most bars and restaurants are.

Alcohol is not an issue with Chris, but maybe old people homes would be?

That's if they're actually imposed as part of sentencing. Defendants can agree to things in return for release that would not be legal to impose directly. If the parolee/probationer actually agreed not to enter some city's limits in return for early release, that would be enforceable for at least so long as the sentence is still active.

That would be banishment, versus being ordered to stay away from a particular individual or business. Banishment is generally frowned upon by most legal institutions today. It's especially frowned upon if the banishment is from the locality that is your home area. That said, I did some reading and apparently you're right in that it's still practiced in Georgia and Mississippi on a county level.

Most parole/probation conditions instead want to KEEP you in a certain area, usually your home state, or home county and adjacent counties, but don't ban you from leaving, just requiring that you clear it with your PO first, so they know where you're going, for how long, and why.

Lets say that somehow, someway, chris gets out of jail, free as a bird

Whats next? being a hobo tranny? will the shitlib NPCs still help him despite the very public, international-scale shitfest that was his arrest?

That simply won’t happen though, the charges may not be to the severity that some want, but he has committed a class 5 felony of an act against the laws of decency and good human behaviour, he needs to be punished and will do for that alone. Regardless of how small the sentence actually is he is going to jail 100% I honestly can’t see any genuine défense convincing enough to plead some kind of incompetence or that he’s ‘innocent’.

If Chris was raised by competent parents, he would've learned to respect the law.

Maybe. Or maybe he's just Chris.

Bob's other children seem to respect the law.

The way it's worded, it has to be set up in such a way that he is in a position to continue to receive services even after 30 days. So they can't just pay for a month in a motel room and call it good when he's kicked out for nonpayment on day 31 -- it has to be something that can be continued indefinitely.

The way I read it, they have to find a permanent placement for Chris, but if they can't find one within thirty days they can give up and just send him out into the world. Of course Chris would then fuck up and yoyo right back into the court's lap again with new charges. The court REALLY doesn't want that.

That's why I think they've given themselves this weird super long continuance. There's not really much in Chris' case to actually litigate, so there's really no need to waste time on hearing after hearing. However, it has slowly dawned on the court that finding a permanent placement for Chris is going to take much longer than 30 days. So they're running out the clock on him while giving themselves as much time as possible to find a tard home willing to take him before they conclude his case and subject themselves to the hard 30 day time limit.

Greene County does not want Chris on the streets.

It might be more accurate to say Greene County does not want Chris on the streets in Greene County. Likely they'd be perfectly happy with him on the streets in Richmond or Virginia Beach, except he could possibly waddle his way back to Greene County, Milo and Otis style.

Unless the defendant waives it as part of a plea deal. It used to be more common back in sundowner days, but it still occasionally happens.

Still, I don't see Chris being tossed out of Greene County like this. What would be the point? If he violates ostracism, he'd be charged and tried for it in Greene County, completely negating the purpose of kicking him out. However I suspect there will be some sort of arrangement like this in the plea deal specifically relating to Chris staying away from Barb and 14BLC.

If Chris knows he can't return to mommy, and all his toys are long gone, he may not see any need to leave the tard home and return to 14BLC. Maybe.

It just occurred to me... this is has to be the longest Chris has gone without having to deal with trolls. For the first time in years, he's finally free of outside forces pushing him to say and do what they want.

... and once he's released, he'll most likely announce his return in some way and it will be back to square one. And after what he did, the trolls are bound to more relentless with less sympathy from those who witness it.

You really think Chris, the biggest soyboy in history is not being pushed around in Jail? He's probably the laughing stock of the prison as well. I'm 100% sure he's being told what to do and say in there.

Do you reckon there're things were actually don't know about Chris' life, as in major things? I've been pondering this given that I can't recall any Chris-related mysteries. It seems like everything's he's ever said and done was broadcasted.

Even when he joined websites and tried to stay anonymous, he'd always say something to give himself away.

The only thing he (to my knowledge) hasn't gone in-depth with is the obvious molestation that happened to him at his old school as a kid. His brain's so fried by now that he probably doesn't even remember, but that was something he specifically refused to elaborate on because he claimed it'd give his trolls a "field day."

I wondered that myself. Going by what info I could find on the CWCki, I tried looking up the elementary school's principal, who Chris alleges forced him to sit on his lap and say inappropriate things. There's no evidence to corroborate Chris' story from that moment. I assume that Borb told Chris to say that to gain sympathy. I would be surprised if Bob had hand in that - I get he was trying to protect his son, but spoon feeding stuff like that is low, it's the type of behavior that I would expect from Barb.

My speculation still is that Chris absolutely went ballistic and threw a tantrum, or else got extremely upset and in the course of his tard out, starting swearing and using words that no kid his age should use, hence the "recording of his screams"

One piece of evidence to go along with this is Barb getting I think one (maybe two) tickets for swearing in public, which is a crime in Virginia. That takes some skill to pull off and shows she had no control over her mouth when out in public. Chris definitely would have picked this up if she was like that all the time at home.

The molesting allegations could have been a teacher or someone comforting Chris, and the Borb unit took it from there. "Oh the principal touched you? He molested you Chris!"

You know, that's a good point, but I always got the impression that he didn't even tell his parents. I could be completely wrong.

For some reason, people get really fired up when you suggest that Chris was molested, creeped on, etc. — it doesn't justify anything he's done, of course, it's just a possibility. A predatory guy would absolutely go for a retard like Chris before trying out a normal kid.

I think if it did happen, it would've lent to his intense hatred of gay men. He was terrified of being veered in that direction, as he described it. It makes sense an inappropriate encounter would put that tendency and/or fear in his head.

Due to Greene County not being anywhere near a target and a jail being an excellent fallout shelter, Chris is likely to survive World War 3 if it breaks out next week whereas because of my proximity to a critical military target, I will not. Chris will get his cult going and lead a Mad Max-esque roaming gang.

Chrismungus: There has been too much unbelievers. Too much DISHONEST and UNTRUE. But I have an honorable compromise. Just walk away. Give me your pony collection, the Sonics, the Amiibos, and the Fanta, and I'll spare your lives. Just walk away and we'll give you a safe passageway in the wastelands. Just walk away and there will be an end to the horror.

I don't think Chris was molested or even come close to it, my guess about the GCC is that he was in the middle of a chimpout and they made a audio recording of the event not only as evidence Chris should not be in mainstream education but also as backup about there treatment of Chris when Borb threatened to get letegious.

Remember Chris was Mute most of his young life so if he did communicate at all out of frustration like screaming nocking stuff over trying to trash the room because he's been told or asked not to do something would have been a powerful cudgel to force the issue, Borb side stepped the issue by "Moving to Midlothian" Given what we know this happened in 89 - 90 so Chris would have been 7 or 8 years old so while Video casset recorders where not unheard of they where uncommon and he's always nearly been 100% consistent in his retelling Chris isn't like that unless he's had it driven into him from an authority figure for a long time and he has curious gaps that people have tried to get him to open up on and he never has because he doesnt know what happened himself.
