Chris most likely looks like a total sperg to the average person, we have been desensitized to his behaviour.
The court is also well desensitized to people like Chris. Believe it or not, he is not the only loony who ends up on the docket.
Wouldn't surprise me if they are going to evaluate him in the hospital and have the outcome of those tests brought up in the next trial.
If he's there for the full six months, it will be for more than a mere evaluation. It's either for multiple evals to prep him for an eventual tard home placement, or he's there for treatment to try and get him competent for his own defense (and good luck with that).

HIPAA medical privacy law says no. We will never see those evaluations. Nor do we really need to. What could they reveal that we haven't already sussed out?
