Don't quote me, but Chris could open up a PO box or possibly direct deposit. Chris getting section 8 is kind of dicey since the wait times are atrociously long and he's lazy. So unless some white knight is willing to hand hold them and get his ticket expedited who knows. That being said Section 8 and welfare in general, at least from what I've seen, are really uptight. They do inspections and audits quite frequently, and if they come around and see Chris fucking the place up he could lose his home.

I didn't know PO boxes were valid. But Chris had been receiving benefits via direct deposit for a while. I'd just assume he still needed to confirm the paperwork saying that he still lives at 14 BLC. I had theorized that someone would have to hand hold Chris for the registration for section 8 housing, but it would have to be before Barb's death. Now, more than likely, Chris start living it under an overpass, or weens/white knights will start paying for his motel stays.

At this point we don't even know for sure if she was raped. Most people, myself included, think it's highly likely that she was raped, but the authorities don't seem to think so, and they have more information than us. Chris's charges still have not been upgraded to include rape, and Barb was evaluated and deemed competent enough to return home and live on her own. If the authorities felt that Barb had truly been mega demented and unable to consent, they would probably have released her to family or some other care. Additionally, according to Chris, he was still receiving letters from Barb, which could explain how he knew about the car accident before we did. So who the fuck knows what's going on.

I completely get where your coming from, I for one don’t think they’re wouldnt be a whole lot to derive from the footage. It would just be very sad understandable reaction towards losing a parent. But even so, I think @MicrowaveFetus has a point. This whole reason of common courteousy measures is a but bullshit considering the site it is. We all know that Chris has little to no empathy, he has done many terrible things and now he’s gone and raped his own mother. No, you can definitely receive SSI and SSDI while homeless. I've met numerous homeless people who receive SSDI. A lot of homeless people die before they get SSI though, so it's mostly SSDI.

There is a restriction that if you live in a government-run homeless shelter you can only receive SSI for 9 months, but there is no such restriction on SSDI.

Section 8 (technically no longer called that, due to stigma) HCVs do have a bad waiting list. You get bumped higher in the list depending on how many boxes you can tick on preference though. Chris ticks extremely low income and disability boxes, and possibly the homeless box.

The waiting list length is dependent on the percentage of the population that applies in your housing area. Places with cheap housing usually have less people applying for HCVs. Waiting lists are the worst in places with high rents like NYC and SF.

Many of us don't want to sink to his level. It's not that we are coddling him or that we want to be morally superior, but we just don't want or need to go there. As messed up a person I am, inadvertently power leveling about psych facilities and stuff; I just don't want to lose any more of that part of my humanity. (Working with damaged people for your livelihood definitely decreases your empathy.)
What's to gain by listening to a intellectually disabled (the PC term of the moment) bawl about the loss of a parent? Nothing. Who cares if it is part of CWC history? Is it truly a meaningful part to justify it's release? Probably not.
