Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

If he actually did write this with his hands, great jerb Commonwealth of Virginia letting the very people who goaded this motherfucker into ever greater heights of insanity fuck with him in a mental hospital. Just truly excellent caretaking.

I'm not buying it. Too many handwriting inconsistencies between this and previous letters:
  • Chris always writes lowercase y with a single stroke. The new letter always uses two strokes for the y.
  • Chris always uses a single stroke to cross a double t. In the new letter, each t has its own crossbar.
  • In the new letter, capital and lowercase s often look like SS lightning bolts. The previous letters don't have that.

Plus there's too many things that are just too perfect: everyone in the joint is Jesus, the return of JEW, comparing the Bible to Family Guy, etc. And although it's pretty on-brand for Chris to protect Max's full first name on page 1 and then call her Maxine on page 2, it reads like an obvious reference to Bella Janke/Maxine Sidero, lol funny.

Posting these here. He mentioned someone called 'Max' giving him Cyraxx's address, as well as new religious delusions. Could be a troll; listed address is his house.
It's fake, too many references to shit Chris doesn't know or care about (Candace Owens, Emperor of Mankind). What's up with "President Sellantski"? The only way Chris knows about Zelensky is if somebody wrote about him in a letter, and Chris knows how to copy a name. Handwriting also seems different. Last but not least, the Sonichu Cross is drawn wrong, the bottom part is supposed to resemble a power button.

Some ween's been reading up on Maxine Sidero and is trying to fuck around.

Yeah, nope. It’s too on-the-nose over all but “pmurt” was the final coffin nail. That’s not The Current Thing so it’s not showing up except as a troll’s half-remembered cwcism. Another small thing is the lack of Soft Emphasis Of Words By Capitalizing The First Letters. Which is kind of depressing me that I noticed it, I have better things to do than know that lol.

I think this is extremely unlikely, but just as a legal theory question, is it breaking any law to claim a fabricated letter is genuine Chris? Any interested parties caring enough to act, if it were illegal, is obviously an entirely different matter. It would just be funny for a ween to encounter the perfect storm where the wrong person sees this and chooses to take legal action.

In general, I'm pretty sure it could be considered defamation, (or a similar harm to one's reputation, I know 'defamation' has a narrow legal meaning,) were it a 'authored' by an average, upstanding citizen but I would also imagine that Chris has long since passed the point of becoming defamation proof. Would the state hospital/ health dept. hypothetically have standing against the forger since it implies they're incompetent in their duties to treat and protect Chris?

It's obviously fake, and you should be ashamed for not recognizing it. But it would be funny to see Chris and Cyraxx in a romantic relationship.

Definitely. When I first read it, I assumed that it was fake, but I was not 100% sure. It has been like almost two and a half months since anyone has heard from him, and if he's been moved to a hospital where he's interacting with other people, who knows what crazy shit he's been hearing.

Yeah that looks fake in both handwriting (That handwriting looks too straight, the prison letters have his words leaning forward) and content wise too, I can’t recall a time Chris said curse words like ‘fucking’ in his writings and things like the antisemitism and HELLspital wordplay seems forced.

I mean compare:

It‘s like he applies italics to all of his writing.

Also I can’t imagine Chris would write “sussy imposter“, that’s zoomer meme humour.
That's definitely not Chris's handwriting. The "I"s are different, and the "G"s are more rounded at the bottom when Chris writes them.

Yeah, I agree with @Pickle Inspector that this seems fake.

Definitely fake. I was skeptical beforehand when I saw the video and I'm extra skeptical now. Too many inconsistencies in both the handwriting and the content. Also no envelope shown with no return address and postmark. With a return address it could be confirmed by writing to it and seeing if there was a response. The postmark would also confirm at least the area the letter was sent from.

And although it's pretty on-brand for Chris to protect Max's full first name on page 1 and then call her Maxine on page 2, it reads like an obvious reference to Bella Janke/Maxine Sidero, lol funny.

Probably, but Chris also really liked Life is Strange with the whole Max/Maxine dichotomy. Not sure which the ween is going for.

It varies by state, but generally impersonation is only criminal if you stand to gain materially from that impersonation. For instance if you impersonate someone to gain money, or impersonate someone to avoid a fine, etc. If the recipient or state is not directly harmed, then it's generally not illegal.

If it turned out that the youtuber in question faked the letter himself to gain views and advertising money, it would still probably not be criminal unless he actively defrauded someone in the process (like got sponsorships specifically by claiming the Chris letter). If it's just passive ad revenue from increased views, then Chris could file a civil suit against him for it, but it would not be criminal.

This falls under tort law, not criminal law. Chris could sue for defamation, but probably not receive any damages -- at best he could get a court order for the person to stop impersonating him. He could only receive compensation for any damage he received from the impersonation, or financial gains made by the author -- which if it's just a ween that sent it in to the youtuber, would probably be nothing, as his reputation is already pretty fucked. The author would have had to have gained something of value.

The hospital suing would be an incredible stretch and probably wouldn't get anywhere.

I see occasional references to horded/unreleased content. Heard of the troll call where he cries about Bobs death, What are some of the other supposed dark secrets?
Yep, that's the infamous "Black Tape." There's also a video the Idea Guys had him make where he shits on the floor, which I think should be called the "Brown Tape."

He did say 'shit' in previous letters, so who knows. Also, Chris began speaking with 'thee' and 'thou' after being stuck with the King James Bible. If he's around other crazy people, their stuff could begin to rub off on him.
I don't know, I think what's off to me is how Chris had supposedly sent this letter to Cyraxx of all people, who at most only made a few videos where he defends Chris, claiming he never fucked Barb. Chris attracts pretty weird people, but I don't know how Chris could even know he was a thing at this stage, especially when his thread is barely even that active. The only other people that even talk about Cyraxx are usually people that hear of Chris first, as well.

I think at this point the only question is to not document it at all, to avoid encouraging the ween, or to document it as a fake like the BDSM texts.

EDIT: The only point in documenting it as fake and lame is to have something to point to in case other people wind up believing it's true for some reason.

Yeah, this letter has already been shared on the CWC subreddit, and that place is growing in numbers. The fact that more and more people are even being exposed to Chris means that desperate crap like this could easily pass as actual CWC-material to the uninformed, as the sublties in Chris's writing is easy to miss at a glance. It would certainly help to make it clear that this is nothing but a desperate attempt at some sort of "worlds collide: Lolcow Edition".

I assumed from the content that it was at best from weens but hadn't really analyzed CWC's handwriting. I thought they might have tricked him into some bullshit. Looking at it, though, this is nothing like how he writes.

Good. Virginia's doing a good job so far, although they won't be able to protect him if he ends up back in jail.

I bet the part in the game where the main character gets to kiss another girl and has the option to immediately reverse time got Chris thinking about all the things he could get away with doing to ladies consequence free if he had that power.

Does anyone know how many 'Apology Drawings' Chris did where he talked to the Bronies who blocked him OC's and basically had them insult their own creators?

One in particular I'm looking for is some guy's ponysona who had an abusive relationship with his pizzeria-owning uncle. Chris-chan Sonichu bought a bunch of pizzas so that the uncle would finally love his faggy ass pony nephew.

Thanks all.
