Also this has been mentioned before in regards to how Chris (and people who would be considered "bad" drivers in certain countries) manage to hold onto a drivers license despite close calls or bad traffic incidents, but just for people who don't know, it's a lot to do with maintaining someone's personal freedom, as a car gives people the option to go about their merry way without infringing upon anyone's rights or responsibilities. Plus access to alternative transport in many parts of the US is very patchy and sometimes downright non-existent, so suspending someone's license is not really a possibility in a lot of cases because it can greatly punish someone who uses a car as an absolute necessity for living, so another form of punishment would have to be given instead of just outright banning someone from driving.
Probably not a bad idea, honestly. He'll probably just hire a hooker by that point.
Except...Chris's priorities have sort of changed. I think all those hookers are of the same value as those legos now. He even told Null about wanting to hire a hooker.
I guess it depends what Chris was after, if it was just sex then a prostitute would be okay but if it was just the company of a women in a non sexual way maybe he would prefer something like a Japanese style hostess bar where he’s basically spending money to have a nice, guaranteed troll free night out, kind of like what Bob did before when he paid women to be nice to him.
I don't think he'd understand the social dynamic at all. He's exactly the reason most of these things in Japan prohibit non-Japanese.
Those cost a nice chunk of change. It seems unlikely someone who blows all their money the instant they get it would ever have that all at once.
